This beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo is located on the Fifth floor in Building Six of the seventy eight acre Oceanwalk Resort Complex. Oceanwalk is located across street from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, 15 miles south of Daytona Beach, and 55 miles northeast of Orlando. It is a ninety minute drive to Disney World and other Central Florida attractions. Canaveral National Seashore is five minutes down the beach. Oceanwalk is located in a "No Driving on the Beach" area and is a short walk to the beach.
The Oceanwalk Resort has a gated entrance, professionally landscaped grounds, two lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball hoop, heated pool, heated poolside spa, covered patio area surrounding pool, barbecue area, and two shuffleboard courts. A Beautiful Clubhouse houses a social area, kitchen, restrooms, fitness facilities, and a dry sauna. The boardwalk on the property winds through a nature preserve providing an ample opportunity for wildlife viewing and bird watching.
This condo is beautifully appointed and fully equipped. The views from the large private covered balcony are outstanding. It has parking in a secured gated garage and common elevated sun decks are provided on the second floor level.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Add 12.5% Resort Tax, $85 Cleaning Fee and $45 processing fee.
* Check-in is after 2 PM; Check-out is before 10 AM unless prior arrangements have been made.
Compliance with Rules and Regulations :
Renter shall take all reasonable steps to see that he/she members of his/her family and other occupants of the Premises adhere to the rules and regulations applicable to the Premises adhere to the rules and regulations applicable to the Premises. Failure to do so may lead to the forfeiture of Security Deposit. The occupancy of the Premises and the use of community walkways and common areas shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb others. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children. ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10:00PM.
Your Security Deposit Will Hold Your Reservation and will be returned within 15 days after your departure. Deposit is subject to forfeiture in the event of damage to the Premises and/or contents thereof.
A. All deposits and prepaid rental monies shall be placed in a non- interest-bearing escrow account . Full payment for rental must be received 90 days prior to arrival. If reservations booked than 90 days before arrival all monies must be paid in full at the time of confirm the reservation.
B. REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. If a Renter wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/her must do so within 15 days of booking date, his deposit shall be refunded less a cancellation fee of $50.00.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF BOOKING DATE AND IF BOOKING IS WITHIN 90 DAYS FROM DATE ARRIVAL SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
