Beautiful 2000+ sf condo is located slopeside in the luxury Purgatory Lodge at Durango Mountain Resort (formerly Purgatory). This is a premier unit with direct views of the ski slopes just yards away, and beautiful views of the famous San Juan Mountains. In the summer, Durango Mountain Resort offers concerts, an alpine slide, excellent hiking and wildflower viewing, and fantastic mountain bike trails.
The winter rental price includes ONE FREE LIFT TICKET PER DAY (a $62-$67 value)!
After a day on the slopes, enjoy an aperitif on your private deck or mingle with the crowd at Purgy's Restaurant (located inside the same building). You can cook a fabulous meal in the kitchen and enjoy it next to the cozy gas fireplace, or head to one of the outstanding restaurants in the area.
The condo's 4 bedrooms include 2 master bedrooms (1 with king bed, one with queen bed), 1 room with twin bunk beds (4 berths total), and 1 room with a pullout sofa bed if additional sleeping space is required. Please see floor plan (in photos) for the layout.
