This wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 full bath Autumn Woods Townhouse is close to the River Run lifts, town and the Big Wood River. This sunny property is a perfect winter or summer vacation rental that is nestled in a small, quiet complex (only 8 units total). This Tri-Level home provides a generous one car attached garage and a lovely, fenced, paver patio to enjoy the spectacular views.
The first level is where you will find the garage entry, a full size laundry room and access to the patio. The second level is where the living room, kitchen and guest bedroom #1 are located. The guest bedroom has a twin bunk bed with a twin trundle bed. There is a flat screen TV in the closet with a DVD for the kids to enjoy. A full hall bath is adjacent to the bedroom and kitchen/living area.
The open kitchen area has a center island with a sink that faces views from the dining table that seats six. The living area has a large "L" shaped couch, two comfortable chairs and a gas fireplace for those chilly nights. There is a 42 inch flat screen above the fireplace. Both guest bedroom #2 and the master bedroom are located on the third level. The guest bedroom #2 provides an en suite bath and two twin beds. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, flat screen TV and a spacious master bath with a separate stall shower and a jetted tub for relaxing after a long day of skiing or hiking. Across the street is a wooded path that leads to fishing on the Big Wood River. Also included is high speed internet access.
