Located in the new development of Grand Elk, this wonderful home is minutes away from SolVista Ski Resort and two golf courses: Headwaters at SolVista and Grand Elk. The central location of this home allows easy access to all of Grand County’s attractions. Hot Sulphur Springs, our best kept secret, is a 15 minute drive. Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are a 25 minute drive or you can take a free ski bus that comes to our property. There are miles of Nordic skiing terrain within short distances at SolVista , Snow Mountain Ranch, or Devil’s Thumb Resort. Grand Lake and the three lakes (Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake) are all within a 15 minute drive. Outdoor activities include hiking trails, skiing, boating, biking, golfing, fishing, kayaking, rafting, and much, much more.
The home sleeps comfortably 6 people. There are two master suites, each with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The living room with adjoining deck overlooks the Grand Elk community and valley. There is a film collection, Direct TV, DVD/VCR, a music system, board games, and a gas fireplace.
Nearby summer activities include nearly all forms of water recreation: boating, water-skiing, sailing, jet-skiing, fishing, swimming, as well as kayaking and rafting on the adjoining three lakes and their tributaries. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest provide miles of hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling trails, as well as unparalleled wildlife watching opportunities. There are several golf courses in the area: Grand Lake's 18 hole public golf course just north of Grand Lake Village, Headwaters at Granby Ranch, Grand Elk, and Pole Creek. Other fun things include Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater Company performances at the community center of Grand Lake, Jazz Festival in Winter Park, horseback riding, historical homesteads and ghost towns, museums, great restaurants, antique stores, and much, much, more!

We had 6 adults and 2 kids stay at the Fairway Villa over Christmas and very much enjoyed our visit. The place was clean, and a nice size (with the kids sleeping on cots) with the key amenities and a great location for fun in Grand County. The instructions were excellent and the place was clean and ready for our visit. Hassle free. We would stay again at this property.

We loved our 8 weeks in this beautiful duplex home. Great location between two of our favorite places - the town of Grand Lake and the Fraser Valley Rec. Center. This is a good place to walk and ride bikes in a flat, safe area. The two king size beds and a bath with each bedroom were a bonus. It was nice being close to City Market and the Grand Elk Golf Clubhouse.

I wanted to let whom ever know, this place was amazing. It was very clean, decorated very beautifully and presented it self as if we were home. The fire Place was as easy as pushing a switch, the rooms were big! Note there is only one TV in the whole house and one fan in the living room. Other than that I thought the home was wonderful. The market was around the corner and Solvista was about 8 minutes away. All together I was very happy with everything there. We had all that we needed as was sad to leave....... You wont be disappointed.

My husband & I stayed at this property for 5 nights in July, what a beautiful place! Very clean, comfortable, loved the master bedroom in the loft and the walk in shower! Is located close to many activities, Rocky Mountain National Park is a definite must drive to. We made the 300 mile round trip to Pikes Peak in Co Springs our last day there, it was was worth the drive to take the Cog train to the top! The neighborhood is quiet, with nice views of the surrounding mountains. Golfing is basically out the front door, too bad we don't golf. Is definitely a nice place to stay and making reservations was a breeze. We only wish we could take the home back to Wisconsin with us! It was a welcome get away. Thanks for allowing us to visit your little town of Granby, CO. We hope to be back someday! Greg & Lisa, Beloit, WI

Our stay at Fairway Villa was incredible! Perfect location, so close to Sol Vista! Loved the layout of the home. Was perfect for our family. Kids loved it! Loved having the new City Market Grocery store so close, it made it so convenient to run and get everything we needed. Brand new McDonalds also located at entrance to subdivision was awesome. Everthing you needed right there. Will was so great and easy to work with. Thanks for a GREAT VACATION! Will be back and will recommend to others!

This property more than exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate and very comfortable. Lots of windows provides for a great view of the mountains. Making the reseration online and checking in was a breeze. We stayed here while skiing at Sol Vista which is a short distance away, but Winter Park is also close by. A full service grocery store is just up the street. We enjoyed our stay at the Fairway Villa and look forward to our next trip.
