Corrells Villa I is a beautiful villa property situated in the magnificent Hampton Lakes development. 7 bedrooms with 4 master bedrooms (sleeps 16) make this villa your perfect choice for a relaxing vacation with the privacy you deserve! Located an easy drive from Disney, our home boasts an over-sized pool area with 15 x 30 pool, built-in pool spa and extended deck for enhanced sun exposure. Best of all, the pool overlooks a dramatic expanse of open terrain - very private, with no rear neighbors blocking the view! With no rear neighbours to block the sun or the view, you will have a wonderful view of the Florida landscape from the pool area. Disney fireworks can be seen at night in the distance, and hot-air balloons sometimes set up and launch in the field directly behind the villas.
There is plenty of room to spread out in this 2 story home - 7 bedrooms plus a nursery with full-size crib and portable pack n play. Extra-large eat-in kitchen, plus dining room so everyone can sit. Two separate living room areas, and best of all - a fully-equipped game room with pool table, foosball, stereo sound CD/radio and TV/VCR/DVD. Each of the 4 master bedrooms has private bathroom access. One master is on the first floor (for folks who don't do stairs). The remaining 3 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds, and 2 rollaway beds are also available. All bedrooms have TVs.

Why the Owner Chose Hampton LakesWe have been in love with central Florida since we came for our first Disney World trip in 1986! After countless trips to Disney, we decided we wanted a place of our own and bought our first vacation home in Hampton Lakes. It is perfect for our family vacations, the 7-bedrooms accommodate 16 of us. Much time is spent hanging out by the pool, watching hot-air balloons take off behind our villa, just wonderful family time. And when everyone wants to go to Disney, we just hop in the cars and it's a short drive away. And of course, the Florida sun!!!
The Unique Benefits at this VillaWe were lucky to find a house in the Hampton Lakes community. The properties are well-maintained, and located close to everything we need, including grocery stores, mall shopping, and of course Disney World!

We had a great stay at your villa. We had family from NH, NY, VT, UT and CA gather for a 90th birthday party. The amount of space throughout the home was great for gathering. The large screen TV was great for viewing decades of photo memories we had previosly scanned onto CD. The pool area was the highlight with many hours being spent in and around the pool. The pool deck was large enough for seating for at least 20 people! The house was an excellent place for our celebration. Thank you sharing your home with us.

Our family of 16 stayed at this villa in June of 2008. We really enjoyed our stay! The pool and hot tub was a favorite for the children and adults. The villa was close enough to the parks that it was easy to come "home" in the afternoon, and then go back to the park in the evening. Personally, I really enjoyed the hot air balloons in the mornings. They either took off or landed right behind the villa. We saw balloons every day except one. The house was very clean, and big enough for all of us. I would recommend this villa to anyone, and if we go back to the Orlando area again, I would like to stay there again.

We want to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your villa. There was plenty of room for the 13 of us, with lots of space to call our own, or for all of us to get together at once. It truly is conveniently located to Disney and shopping, so we were all pleased. Hope we can do it again some time.

Thank you so much for letting us use your home while on vacation. All 16 of us loved every minute. It was very clean and well taken care of. Our children and grandchildren loved the pool and hot tub. We were only sorry that we had to spend so much of the time gone to the parks and not getting to spend more time enjoying the house.

Our entire family, seven adults and seven children, had an incredibly comfortable five day stay. Usually, a large family may get on each others nerves, due to lack of personal space. There was minimal anxiety among the family. There was enough space for everyone to spread out and because of it; everyone had an extremely pleasant stay. Thank you so much for offering this service.
