FIVE FALLS ESTATE sleeps up to 18 people in 6 bedrooms - 3 kings - (includes two queen beds in the loft), two HDTV theaters - one drops down over the tropical room glass, the huge high definition picture is complimented by 10,000 watts of rock concert sound equipment and is actual movie theater size. The second theater is in the nearby game room and is connected to X-Box, Wii and X-Box kinect.
The all glass tropical paradise room was designed to offer all the luxuries and features of a luxury Disney Resort and then some but the best part of all is that you have the whole resort to yourself!
The room is temperature and humidity controlled to a tropic 80 degrees year round - YES even in the winter when it could be cold and snowing outside!
Guest can relax in the ultimate luxury, swim, make frozen drinks and barbeque but they can also listen to Pandora through a 10,000 watt 9.3 channel club surround sound system, organize their own music video play list online to watch on the huge THEATER SCREEN. While in the pool, at the swim-up bar or in the hot-tub, guests can watch Utube and any internet content, cable TV, sporting events, movies and more!
Prior to taking a swim vacationers can work-out in the gym, play XBox Kinect or Wii in the seperate gaming theater, play billiards, pinball, bubble hockey or foosball. In addition to the two theaters there are 7 HDTV flat screens in the house up to 70 inches, 42 speakers -including two showers with music - and three rooms with Digital DTS theater surround sound systems.

WHO RENTS THIS ESTATE? Pro-sports players and movie stars love our Concierge Royalty Package but we also rent the base estate for two and three night weekends to couples groups, girls groups, Bar mitzvahs, sweet 16 parties, showers, wedding parties and multi-family groups that want an exclusive tropical vacation without spending too much or commuting very far. Some weddings, showers, corporate functions, product introductions, movie-filming and private parties are also available for less than 80 people. This is not a hotel or banquet hall and the owner only rents a few times a year to select groups. Occupancy is by invitation only based on current booking load and what guests would like to use the estate for.
Five Falls Estate is 1.5 hours from New York City and minutes away from Philadelphia. there are numorous five star restaurants and area attractions including winery tours, golf courses, Longwood Gardens, Tyler Arboretum, the Liberty Bell, Franklin Institute, Camden Aquarium, Philadelphia Zoo and a very long list of concert, live theater halls, museums and shopping meccas.

Party and Corporate Rentals
The tropical room at Five Falls Estate can be rented independently with catering for parties and corporate events. This is a truly unique and memorable location to host a company Christmas party or introduce a new product to a group of customers. The true movie-theater size screen and commercial sound system make this a great room for movie premiers and formal parties. The projector is also wired to a computer and is great for presentations.
Our dance floor area is equipped with club lighting and special effects, including a strobe light and colored lights that dance to the beat of the music.
For our most popular party, a catered luau, we fly in fresh flower leis from Hawaii, project Hawaiian scenery and volcano footage on the big, 25-foot screen, and roast a whole pig. Once inside our warm tropical environment, your friends and clients will forget that it is the dead of winter outside and will talk about your unique party for years to come.

My husband and I stayed at five fall estate with our three boys for one week. We were met at the door and given a tour of the house and shown how everything worked. From that point on we had complete privacy. The house was fully stocked with everthing we would need. The bedrooms were so spacious and comfortable. The game room, gym, and hugh back yard kept the boys occupied for hours. The indoor pool was amazing with the hot tub and swim up bar. They even had a bbq right near the pool so we could eat and swim all day. The week flew by and it was hard to leave at the end of the week. We hope to go back soon. My family from around the east coast needed a larger home for Thanksgiving. We rented the Five Falls Estate. The house was beautiful. We were given a tour and shown how to use all the electronic and gadgets the home had. The residence was beautiful and clean. It's proximity to Philadelphia airport was also a plus. We all got to visit, cook meals, swim, play the Wii and X box, exercise in the gym and watch movies on the huge screen. Five Falls is a wonderful place for a party or family get away in the atmosphere of home:)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I would recommend Five Falls Estate to anyone looking to hold an amazing event. I have attended a holiday party two years in a row and can't wait to get back there this year. The atmosphere is astonishing and John is a wonderful host. I recommend Five Falls for any occasion. The furnishings and decor of the venue are fantastic – when you step inside it feels like a tropical oasis. The swim-up tiki bar and pool volleyball were a hit at our office holiday party. I have attended the Five Falls Estate two years in a row and I am looking forward to a third and fourth and fifth time!! In the middle of December, the palm trees, temperature, and layout of this place makes me think I'm back in Florida at the beach. Hanging out in the tiki bar/hot tub is perfect and all types of good food and drinks are available. The music choices are awesome as well, as we were able to play our own Rhapsody playlist on the ready-to-use computer-speaker hooked-up system. This was my step-daughter's bachelorette party I attended on July 26, 2008. Now I'm 48 yrs. old and let me tell you, I HAD A BALL!!!!!! The house, no mansion was palatial. I felt like I was in Hawaii. The pool was huge, the jacuzzi was warm and the waterfalls were breathtaking. They had house staff to assist our every desire. I plan to attend every function that they give. The owner was very generous, kind, and accommadating. He also was a joy to dance with. There was smoke coming from the ceiling while the adult entertainers danced and the strobe lighting was all that.I really enjoyed your home and THANK-YOU VERY MUCH. I was inudated from all the amentities there,the 50ft.Tv screen over the pool displayed the pictures the owner took that night of the party,the 50in plasma t.v. was my computer screen for me because I was the D.J. rocking the mike.
