Welcome to the Low Country and to beautiful Hilton Head Island, truly a little piece of paradise.
In April 2011 we replaced all the kitchen appliances with new stainless steel appliances. We also installed a new kitchen sink and faucet. For those who only want to make one cup of coffee or tea we added a Keurig coffeemaker; however, we still have a coffeemaker that will make a pot of coffee or tea. The carpet on the balcony was replaced to match the new decor of the building.
In December 2010 we put a fresh coat of paint on the walls and kitchen cabinets. We laid new tile in the hallway, guest bath and den area. The guest bath has a new high-rise toilet and a new granite top vanity. In 2010 we also put new mattresses in the master bedroom and bought a new queen size sleeper sofa. In addition, we put new furniture on the balcony which includes 2 tables and 4 stool chairs which gives you a beautiful view of the beach and pool as you relax outside the condo.
Our beautiful fully-equipped villa #431 is located on the southside of Admiral's Row and offers breathtaking unobstructed panoramic ocean views from the balcony, living room and dining room. We are only steps from the elevator and laundry as well as being located directly above the pool. Although we are close to these conveniences, it is quiet. For you, our guest, we provide beach chairs, beach cart, cooler, beach toys and boogie boards. This keeps you from having to pack so many items as you travel. And for those who cannot leave work at home, we also have wireless high-speed internet access.
As an added bonus, Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort hosts the 2nd largest convention center in South Caroline which features many famous musical artists, comedians and other events throughout the year. To see a list of upcoming events visit the shoreline ballroom web site.
Also,the resort offers 24-hour security with around the clock ground patrolling and pass checking at the gate. Other resort offerings include ten lighted tennis courts, the largest oceanfront pool on the island, Boardwalk Bar and Grill, a second smaller outdoor pool, onsite restaurant and convenience store as well as movie, bike and skate rentals. Within close proximity to the resort are championship golf courses, boutiques and outlet shopping, also nature and wildlife excursions. Some of the Low Country's best dining is only minutes away or, if you prefer, you can buy fresh local seafood and prepare your own delicacies in our fully-equipped kitchen.

This condo and its location was perfect for our family! We enjoyed two weeks with excellant weather. The condo is exactly how it is pictured and described. We loved the view from the balcony! Perfect distance to everything we enjoy about HH. This is our fourth year to vaction on the island and we will likely choose this condo again! Thanks for a great stay!

This was our 3rd year of renting the condo. The owner has added some improvements each year to make our stay more confortable. The location and resort fit us to a tee. We enjoy the beach, tennis, golfing and shopping which is close to the site. It is a two bedroom, with a great view of th ocean. Goss investments is alway ready to assist us if we need assistance. See you next year.

We decided at the last minute to head to HHI to celebrate a 50 birthday and to ring in the New Year. I quickly printed out a few listings on VRBO and we hit the road. This was the 2nd property we called and how fortunate we were that the 1st one was not available. The owner was very nice and made all the arrangements with just one 3 minute phone call. In no time we had a place to stay and arrived at HHI. THIS CONDO WAS AWESOME. It had everything we could have needed. The view was magnificent; the location to the elevators/entrance was a plus. If it had been summer it would be a wonderful place to be since it is so close to the pool. A very short walk and we were on the beach. The TV was great. We had DVD's with us and loved saying goodbye to 2010 sitting right in the comfort of the condo. I would also like to say thank you to the owner for allowing us to stay a little extra on Sunday (our checkout day). I realize you cannot always do this, but with this added hospitality I will definitely be checking this condo out for reservations for this summer, and recommending it to friends. We ate at Kenny B's and it was some of the best fried shrimp EVER! Thank you again for sharing your wonderful condo with us.

I would definitely stay here again if available. Very easy access to the pool or the beach. We had a great time just walking the beach and the resort. Nice playground for the kids. The condo was very clean and there is plenty of room for the family. The staff at the resort was very friendly also.

I would give it 10 stars if I could. Very clean and comfortable unit. Plenty of room for the kids and grandchildren. Great location if you have kids. Close to the beach and pool. View is great. Plan on staying next year. You can't go wrong with this location.

We have been going to HHI for the past 16+ years and this is one of the nicest places we have stayed. It is nice to be only steps from the pool so the kids can go swimming while you relax inside. Also, very nice view of the ocean from the balcony. We will definitely be staying in this unit again.
