This excellent condo sleeps 6. The living/dining area is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There is a large master bedroom, cute guest bedroom with twin beds, two baths and lovely den with pull-out sofa. There are 3 nice TVs, phones for local calls and wireless Internet. The beautiful, screened lanai overlooks the heated pool, just a few steps away. There is a private, courtyard in the back with electric grill and small table and chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Very clean! Includes coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, microwave and anything else you might need. Large pantry and washer/dryer. This condo is close to main roads but tucked into a private and quiet area. Security gate at entrance. The beaches are just 5 minutes away. Lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. within walking distance of Mel's Diner and Best of Everything. Being on the first floor is so convenient. This condo is immaculate and makes you feel right at home. The owner is very nice and making the arrangements was simple and straightforward. We loved being here and plan to come back next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

This is a delightful condo, fully equipped, well maintained, with many cute decorating touches. The fairly small and very quiet residential development is near main roads in the Bonita Springs/Naples area and within short driving distance of beaches. The pool on the property is small. It is a perfect place for an older couple since it's on the first floor, with a spacious screened-in lanai and as a bonus, a private front patio for morning sun. The furniture is very comfortable, and the kitchen has a nice assortment of cooking utensils plus spices. The owner was very easy to work with and the rental was as promised. There is an additional condo association fee which is not included in the listing plus a request for references for the association. We would be interested in returning there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.
