Just returned from Palm Beach House. Paid $8000.00 for the week. This place is terrible. Reeks of mold and mildew. I'm sure the 1st floor has been under water. All showers covered in mold and mildew. Wood paneling and ceilings with dust/mildew. Hot tub, phones, air conditioners, tv's, lights for pool not working. Game room also reeks of mildew, peeling ceiling, ripped pool table, pool sticks with no ends, foosball table with missing handles. You can rent a top of the line house OF, pool, granite, jacuzzi tubs for a little more than this house. Also, one safety gate from 2nd floor to the pool deck - no latch! we had to bungee cord to keep our kids safe. No safety gate from first floor to pool - walk right out- A few positives - very easy ocean access, nice pool and Elliott realty was quick to respond to air conditioning issues. New carpet - as previous renters refused to stay in the house last month due to the carpet being so nasty. I would never stay in this house again. I had to wash all of our clothes when arrived home to get the smell out -

This home provided an awesome family vacation for me, my mother, 2 sisters, brother and their families. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the ocean from the balcony, the sunrise from the hot tub and the hop, skip and jump to the beach! I would recommend this property to any family!
