The Location:
The Condo is within a short walk to "La Encantada Mall" with upscale stores and restaurants. The location is in the North Center of Tucson with just a few minutes’ drive to most places in and around Tucson. It is in a very safe quiet neighborhood.
There is a club house, a pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court and a workout room, within a few yards away.
The condominium is located on the first floor (no stairs to climb), with easy access to a reserved covered parking, just in front of the unit.
Inside the condominium:
The living room has a 37" LCD TV with lots of cable channels, and a DVD player. The owners included many DVD movies to enjoy on your stay. High speed internet connection is wireless (Wi-Fi) and provided free for our guests.
The Master bedroom has a sitting area with a Rocker / Recliner. It also has a ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet. In the 2 bedroom condominium, the second bedroom has a twin size bed, and a large desk. This second bedroom can be used as a guest room or an office. The kitchen has everything you need for a long stay, and the dining area can seat 4-6 people.

Year Purchased: 2008
My wife and I visited Tucson in summer of 2001 and fell in love with the weather, friendly people, rich cultural history, and relaxed pace of life.
We decided to move to Tucson and we absolutely still love it here. Tennis is a big part of our free time activity and you couldn’t find a better place, where the sun shines almost 360 days a year.
We both play music (I perform in an acoustic duo in places around town) but what we like to do most, is to dine out in restaurants and cafés. We can recommend some good eateries in town.
