This beautiful condominium has everything you will need for a short or long term stay in sunny Tucson, year round.
All appliances, furniture, linens, kitchen supplies, and small appliances are new. We offer 2 condominiums: 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms. Each condo has one bathroom.

The Location:
The condo is located in "The Foothills" part of Tucson. It is in the heart of town with only minutes away from University of Arizona, Downtown Tucson, Malls, Williams Business Center and many hiking and cycling trails.
The neighborhood is a safe and quiet place to relax and within a short walk to "La Encantada Mall" with upscale stores and restaurants.
The community has a club house, heated pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court and a workout room, just a few yards away.
The condominium is located on the first floor (no stairs to climb), with easy access to a reserved covered parking, just in front of the unit.
Inside the condominium:
The living room and dining room have new wood flooring.
For your entertainment we equipped the condo with a flat screen TV with lots of cable channels. Also - a DVD player and the owners included many DVD movies for you to enjoy during your stay.
We also include a very fast high speed internet with wireless access.
The Master bedroom has a sitting area with a Rocker / Recliner. It also has a ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet. In the 2 bedroom condominium, the second bedroom has a twin size bed, and a large desk. This second bedroom can be used as a guest room or an office. The kitchen has everything you need for a long stay, and the dining area can seat 4-6 people.
More photos can be provided upon request. We have a strict "No pets, No smoking" policy in our condos. That way, we keep our condos clean and fresh for you.
When you inquire, you will be answered promptly by the owner of the property and not by an agent of a property management company. We are committed to personal service.

My wife and I visited Tucson in summer of 2001 and fell in love with the weather, friendly people, rich cultural history, and relaxed pace of life.
We decided to move to Tucson and we absolutely still love it here.
Tennis is a big part of our free time activity and you couldn’t find a better place, where the sun shines an average of 350 days a year.
We both play music and perform all over Tucson but what we like to do most, is to dine out in restaurants and cafés.
We can recommend to you, some good eateries in town.
