    Mickey's Magical Villa is just that...a magical place to stay while in the Orlando area. We just arrived home 2 days ago from our third trip to Disney and our third stay at Windsor Hills. This was our first time staying at Mickey's Magical Villa and the experience was wonderful. The home is decorated beautifully & very modern. The home is equipped with anything you could possibly need during your vacation; from small appliances, to baby equipment, to small toys, to coolers & ice packs, to rain ponchos should the weather get a little wet during your trip to the parks. The pool and spa are a wonderful welcome at the end of a hot day at the parks. In my opinion the money you will spend on a rental home is money very well spent. The owners are readily available to answer any questions you may have. Mickey's Magical Villa is an oasis where family and friends can go to make magical memories together to last a lifetime. We are already planning another trip back in 2014 and would recommend Mickey's Magical Villa to anyone contemplating a trip to the Orlando area.

    This Villa was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. It is just as described and is very clean and modern. It has everything you need in the kitchen, and has coolers, strollers and ponchos for use at the parks. The washer and dryer were great as we were able to pack lighter... The best part was the private pool and Jacuzzi. Communication with Bob and Terri was great and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Orlando.

    Seven of us - four adults and three children were more than comfortable in this wonderful home. Just about every convenience you could imagine from the bedrooms to the kitchen were available and the pool was wonderful. All we needed was food, paper products and dish washing cleaners. The house was clean and well-furnished. I would take this over a hotel room any day.

    Thank you Bob and Terri for making your villa available to us. We had such a great time on our recent trip. Travelling with three young kids can make a Disney vacation exhausting, but having a nice, clean, quiet house to come home to every day made it much more relaxing. The kids loved having the private pool to swim in after a long, hot day in the parks. We loved being able to relax poolside without crowds. We found everything we needed for a great week. Thank you again. We are already talking about our next trip!

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

    We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was great for privacy. The house is lovely and comfortable. Very clean with the extra fun touches for the kids. The clubhouse pool was great fun and the location was perfect for close DisneyWorld access. There are a variety of shops and restaurants near by. We swam in the Atlantic, went to Cape Canaveral, DisneyWorld, Water Parks, Universal Studios and then came home to luxury. A very special setting that is highly recommended. The owner is very responsive.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    Bob and Terri,we were more than pleased with our stay at your home. The photos shown are very accrurate and are with great detail. They really helped us in making our decision alot easier. The clubhouse was very relaxing and help to break up the busy pace of the parks. Everyone we came into contact with was very kind and polite, they gave us tips on resturants as well as directions, always with a smile. We will definately be calling Bob and Terri again on our next trip to Disney, they were outstanding to work with.

    We were very pleased with the stay at your home. Very clean, anything we needed you had available. Was even surprised that you had a cooler and ice packs available for use. Although our stay was very short (two nights), we could not wait to get back to the house to enjoy the pool and hot tub. We would like to thank you for a very enjoyable stay. Everyone in my office will be recommending your home to friends.

    Bob,Our vacation was wonderful and it had all to do with the accomidations. Your home was beautiful, clean and relaxing. Their was eight of us and plenty of room to spread out. My youngest daughters 5 and 7 had so much fun in the pool. They couldn't wait to get back from the parks to get back in the pool. We can't wait till we can come and stay again. I am recomending Mickeys Magical Villa to all my friends and family. The short drive to all the parks was great.Thanks for making all the planning from start to finish a breaze!

    Our family had a GREAT vacation. Your house is beautiful and couldn't be closer to the Disney attractions without being in the park! The kids had so much fun in the pool and the game room and loved the Mickey bedroom. The house was the perfect size for all 7 of us. It was nice to sit on the lanai at night after a long day in the parks and every morning with our coffee. We were all very sad to say goodbye to the house and Florida. We are already planning our return trip in about 5 years...hopefully you will still own it and we can rent the house again!! Thanks for opening your home to our family.

    Hi Bob and Terri, We had a wonderful time!! We would have written sooner, but the work week has kept us busy.Your home is beautiful, the pool/whirlpool was fantastic, and the proximity to Disney was great... We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. The kids loved your pool, the clubhouse pool and features, and also the playgrounds on the complex. The big Chess game was a hit :). Your home had more than enough room for the 5 of us to spread out.     We stayed at Mickeys Magical Villa for 20 days from 24/3 to 13/04. What a great place - You will love to stay here. We had 3 generations staying here and there is something for everyone (especially the pool and ht tub!). 10 minutes from Disney, safe and quiet - You will be happy to come home after a hard day at the parks! Any queries, please ask - I will be recommending this villa to other UK friends and families as everything about staying here is spot on.

    Our family loved staying in Mickys Magical Villa. We rented this home for a month and had our kids and grandkids come for a week at a time. The layout worked great and we absolutely loved the pool. It was very cool, but, we had the pool heated so we were able to use it everyday, even in the rain.The location couldn't have been better. So easy to get to all the Disney parks. We would love to do it all over again.Mary Ann from upstate NY

    We had a great time at Mickey's Magical Villa during our recent visit in mid-February 2010. The villa met our family's needs very well (7 people including one in a wheelchair). My 2 1/2-yr old kept calling the villa our new house. Windsor Hills is truly 15-20 minutes away from the Disney parks and the nearby businesses are a bonus. We have already recommended Mickey's Magical Villa to several co-workers and friends. We would be back tomorrow if possible.

    We enjoyed our vacation very much. It was nice to get away from Disney after a long day, but the short drive to Disney was great! The hot tub was relaxing after all the walking around. The pool was enjoyed by the kids and the heater was able to keep up - even on the colder days. We made use of the wireless internet connection (yes, my husband did some work). The kids enjoyed the game room - air hockey and basketball shoot outs were fun. Overall, the house was a great place to stay. Truly the biggest plus has been the owner's responsiveness throughout the whole inquiry and reservation process. Everything was so timely to the point that we knew if there was a problem, we would have a live person to talk to quickly if the need arose. Which it didn't :D Thank you for being a standout!

    We just returned from our SECOND fabulous vacation at Mickey's Magical Villa within the past 12 months. We had such a great time and were so impressed with this wonderful home last March that when it came to book our accomodations again, we didn't even bother looking anywhere else. Our 7 year old and 2 year old twins loved the pool and the game room, and we were impressed with the cleanliness and beautiful decor. I would recommend this home to anyone (as long you don't take MY week!)

    Hi Bob, The house was perfect and there was everything we needed there for our stay. The open concept was perfect for our young children so we did not have to worry about stairs or being on seperate levels. This house is an ideal concept for multiple families or couples with every room having a bathroom. We also really enjoyed the complex with the big pool, little store and guest services for printing our boarding passes. We have rented a house before in Florida and I must say the free interent and calls to Canada was a HUGE perk and we really enjoyed being able to keep in contact with family as well search for restaurants and attractions on the internet. We had a great vacation and once the kids got used to where we were we thought we should have stayed a few more days. The house was in a great location and we felt very safe there. The tent was also a huge hit with our 2yr old and all the tvs and dvd players were awesome!!! I also really thought the house was very clean and smelled great when we got there and really appreciated the lights being on in some rooms. Thanks for being so great to deal with. I would recommend your house to family and friends in a heartbeat. Thanks again Michele

    We just returned from a 1 week's vacation with our 3 month old and 3 year old. The pictures on the website do not do this home justice -- it is immaculate and very large. 2 families could very comfortably stay here. My 3 year old named this home the "game house" because of the game room in the garage. He doesn't like to be away from home, but now thinks this villa is his 2nd home! And, when we are at Disney (which is often) it will be. Can't wait to come back!!!!!

    The whole booking process from start to finish was fantastic and very easy. The Villa is stunning and we weren't dissappointed by the high quality interior which attracted us to choose this villa in the first place. Windsor Hills resort looks like new and is very safe and friendly and has the added bonus of being so close to disney you can just pop there for a hour or to as it only takes 5 mins. Overall i would rate this villa highly and we would come again.

We have so many great things to say about it, we loved the decor, the privacy and the space. The location was also a great plus, due to the proximity to Disney World.     Thank you for providing such a wonderful home away from home for our family! Your house is lovely, and the perfect oasis from all things Disney. Our 4 yr old son loved having his own room/bathroom, and he practically lived in the playroom. We were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of towels/sheets and by the little added touches that made the home welcoming. This is a perfect home for extended family, since everyone has private space as well as common areas to spend time together. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to access. We never used the association pool, since our private pool was warm and right out the back door. Loved all the fun pool toys, too. We would definitely stay here again!

    Mickey's Magical Villa was the perfect choice for our trip to the Orlando area, and no doubt will be our choice for future trips. The house is beautiful, the pool and other amenities are top notch, and the location can hardly be beat. Bob and Terri and the management company have made the rental process very easy - you just show up and enjoy your vacation. And bonus points for having a computer with internet access/WIFI, toys and games room, and even ponchos for those inevitable Florida downpours.     This villa is one of very few places I have stayed in that looks exactly as the photos show on the website - in fact the villa is even more spacious then it appears. It is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It was a perfect set-up for out Disney vacation with 2 families (4 adults and 4 children) Between all of us, I cannot think of any negative comments and would without hesitation reccommend this villa to anyone looking for a very comfortable vacation home in the Orlando area. Bob was very helpful with any additional questions I had. I hope we will return here for another vacation in the next couple of years.

    This is the best Villa i have ever stayed in, it was huge, clean and it had everything that you could ever want for! 4 bedroms and 4 bathrooms, huge games room, gorgeous pool and jacuzzi ... Just the best place. Its really got a fab location too, literally a 5 minute drive from disney and minutes from the I4. I would stay here again without a doubt. Also the facilities that windsor Hills have are great, the cinema and gym and really good, but the bigger pool is a lot colder than the one at the Villa ... Good if you want a refreshing cool down!

    Our family thoroughlt enjoyed and had a great time at Mickey's Magical Villa. We loved the home and the privacy of the backyard. It was very clean and everything was exactly like shown in pictures. The pool was wonderful and we loved being able to jump in whenever we wanted to. We would definitely stay at the villa again.     Wow! We had such a great vacation in your beautiful villa. The games room was great for the kids and kept them entertained. They also enjoyed having a television in each bedroom. We really enjoyed the pool and the house was so spacious. The high speed internet access was also very convenient. Bob made everything easy and answered all of our questions.     This house is the best place we have ever vacationed at. From the booking process to the check out process, everything went smooth and was handled in an extremely professional manner. Bob and Terri were so helpful and answered all our questions promptly. The house is absoluetly stunning and very clean. Our family had plenty of space and our children loved the game room. The location to Disney is fantastic. Close enough for a mid-afternoon break to grab lunch, take a much needed pool break, and head back to the park at night. We can not speak highly enough about this home and it's owners. We will be recommending this home to our family and friends. We can not wait to go back!

    Dear Mr. Freed, In today's mail, I received the security deposit refund for your rental house in Kissimmee. Thank you very much. I want to let you know how much our entire family enjoyed the house. It was perfect for our needs. From check-in to departure, everything went smoothly. The house was beautifully decorated and more than well equipped for our every need. I loved the kitchen and would have liked to bring it home with me. It was nice to have a bath for every bedroom. The pool was delightful. Computer access was a must for my son and me. I know you checked in with my daughter-in-law, Michelle, while we were there. Thatnk you for your inquiry.     Thanks for such a wonderful and memorable vacation. Your home is beautiful and wonderfully furnished. We have stayed in other vacation homes in the Disney area and yours by far is the best. Your home is also very close to Disney. Thanks again for allowing us to rent your home and we look forward to staying there again.

    WOW!! You have a beautiful vacation home. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. The house had everything needed for a great vacation. The kids wanted to stay at the house and skip Disney World the last two days. I never dreamed it would be so easy to get on to Disney property as it was from your villa. It was just far enough down Old Lake Wilson Road that the traffic was very thin. Then less than a mile to World Drive and into Disney parking. The furnishings were top notch. the game room was wonderful and the pool and spa was refreshing. The beds were some of the best I have ever slept on. The two bedrooms with twins were just what we needed and the TV's in each room kept the kids happy. I could go on and on about how great the house was. I have already told several people about it. and will pass along your info to anyone that is coming to the area. Thanks again for letting us stay. You may use anything I have said in your ads. Also I almost forgot how easy the check in and check out was. The easiest I have ever done. Joe H

    I had a great experience staying at this house! It was close enough to disney that you could be at the park in minutes, but far enough away that you could relax at the privacy of your own pool. Would be a great place to stay for a family vacation or for friends. The community was very safe and beautiful. The house was in excellent shape, with plenty of room for guests. Each room had a bathroom and its own flat screen tv. The owners are a very nice and accommodating family, would definitely stay here again!

    Hi Bob & Terri, Thanks for asking - we had a great week! Overall the weather & crowds were very good for June and our children loved our "Disney House". The villa was so pretty and the kids & I especially loved the pool!! We loved having the extra space (with one bedroom used just to house all our clothes & suitcases!) and thought the furnishings & decor were lovely. The children liked sitting at the bar for breakfasts and snacks too. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and especially for honest portrayal of your home.     This was the first time I've stayed in a house whild travelling. It was truely my home-ayaw-from home. The house is outfitted with the latest technology and the decor was truely superb. Although we did not experience the best weather the kids did not mind at all as they were excited to just spend the day in the pool. This house is just minutes from Disney and numerous shopping attractions. The owner, Bob was such a pleasure to deal with. He helped to make our vacation a truely maagicl one. I will contact Bob for future vacations at this truely magnificant home.
