Nubblevue is a three bedroom house located in York, Maine. The kitchen, dining area and one queen bedroom access the same deck that expands the full length of the building rear with a direct ocean front view and landing that extends to the ocean tide.

Nubblevue Rentals is located between two beaches.

Come and enjoy Long Sands Beach (a 10 minute walk from our location) and runs parallel to coastal route 1A and is approximately 2 miles long. Short Sands Beach is a mile further north of Long Sands Beach on coastal route 1A.

Short Sands Beach, has a higher sand bar and it is the perfect getaway for sunbathers at high tide.
