Come spend time in Paradise! Stay a week, a month or longer at this fabulous Chandler location. This beautiful 2200 square foot home welcomes you the minute you walk in the door. The open spacious 1 level floor plan is comfortable for 2 or up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms (1 king, 3 queen beds) and 2 bathrooms. The large master suite has a 5 piece bathroom with soaking tub and a door to access the back patio and pool.
The back yard feels like you’re at a private resort with the oversized lagoon style pool with rock waterfall, fruit and palm trees, and putting green with your own ball washer! Barbeque and dine out on the patio in comfort or enjoy the fire pit conversation table and spend relaxing evenings under the stars.
There are numerous golf courses in the area including one right next door to the neighborhood with a convenient Walking path between the house and the course. Just minutes to Ocotillo Golf Club. This is a 27 Hole Course that adheres to the highest standards of course conditions, customer service and amenities, creating a Country Club experience at what has become known as one of the nation's finest daily-fee facilities. Ocotillo also offers fabulous dining at Bernards Restaurant.
This home is conveniently located only 30 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Grocery stores located less than 5 minutes from the home. All the shopping you can imagine and 3 movie theaters within 15 minutes. You can also enjoy hiking in the foothills or water activities on the lake less than 40 minutes away. The new Tumbleweed recreation center is just down the road with a full work out facility including an indoor walking track, yoga and aerobic classes, racquetball, outdoor tennis and much more.
Check in time is 4 pm and check out is 11:00 am. There is one parking spot provided in the garage for your stay. Heating of the pool during winter months is an additional fee of $30.00 per day and requires an additional deposit.
