Third floor has grand master suite with bathroom, gourmet kitchen, dining room, half bath, living room with large screen, wall mounted TV/stereo system/surround sound. Beautiful views. All bedrooms have wall mounted, flat screen TV's/DVD's.
Lots of decks with gorgeous ocean views. Enjoy the beautiful pool with oversized decking and upgraded furniture and pool side hot tub. Beach access adjacent to pool deck, unique to this property. Only a 50 foot walk to beach!
New for 2010 is a Handicapped/wheelchair ramp at the game room entrance. Bathrooms are NOT wheelchair accesible however.
