Our 3-bed/2-bath Luxury Vacation Villa is located at the security-gated subdivision of Highgrove. Situated at the junction of the 192 & I-27, our Villa could not be better placed for easy access to all the main attractions as well as easily accessible for the I-4 leading both to Orlando and both Coastal Areas.
The Villa itself has recently been refurbished throughout and offers extremely comfortable accommodation. The Master Suite has an en-suite bathroom offering direct access onto the private pool area with an additional bathroom for the shared use of the further 2 bedrooms. All rooms come with TV's. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with all new modern appliances as well a laundry area.
The spacious private pool/lanai area is ideal for entertaining with the large Gas BBQ and Dining Table, backing onto a large partitioning fence. The Communal Club-House offers computer/internet services (free of charge), fitness & games rooms, concierge services as well as a communal swimming pool for those wishing to meet other resident guests. This property is managed by the owners who are on call 7 days a week should any problems occur during your stay
