Thank you Bill and Ingrid for a wonderful vacation!! We found your condo to be absolutely beautiful just as your pictures show. You were so good to work with and I so appreciated your quick responses whenever I made contact. Everything was neat and clean and the decor was fabulous. I loved all the beautiful artwork and flowers, the funiture was very comfortable, and it made me feel right at home having nice dishes and utensils in the kitchen. The location of your condo is super for activities. Close to shopping at Pier Park, great eateries nearby, and close to Panama City if you want to catch any of the boat rentals for sunset cruises, dinner cruises, or any other type of fishing or fun. The balcony was definitely a highlight!! When not enjoying the pool or beach, we were sitting on the balcony always enoying the view and sun no matter where we were at. This was one of few vacations where my husband already talked about coming back while on vacation. Thanks again for helping us share our 25th Wedding Anniversary!! My wife and I stayed here during the month of October and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing for our whole stay. No crowds, which meant we almost had the pools and hot tub to ourselves. Very nice, clean and smoke free room was perfect. We look forward to coming back next year just to sit back and enjoy the amazing sun sets which we saw almost every night. A special thanks to Ingrid & Bill..................

Thank you Bill & Ingrid for allowing our family to stay in your condo! It was very beautiful, so much prettier than what the picture shows!! The view was breath taking, and we loved the free beach chairs waiting for us each day!! The only complaint I have is: We couldn't stay longer than 7 days :( We enjoyed our stay and hopefully we'll be back next year!! Thank you again!

We had a great vacation staying at Ingrid and Bill's condo at the Longbeach! We found the condo just as nice as described and shown in the pictures. The condo was well kept and quite clean. I look forward to visiting again.

my bestfriend and I stayed in this condo over our spring break! Lets just say...ITS AWESOME :) The condo was nice and clean, very well furnished and haz an AMAZING view! I absolutely loved the balcony! All rooms are oceanfront and the sound of the waves rolling in is truly breath taking! Owners are SUPER nice and very easy to work with! I look forward to staying in this condo again in the future!

This year was our second time staying at Bill and Ingrids condo and it was just as wonderful as the first. Happy Anniversary to us! Condo was nice, neat and clean and had all we needed plus some. Beach Chairs were a nice addition this year. Dolphins was beautiful to watch from the balcony. Friendly people gathered at the heated pool made for a lot of fun. Kite flying on the beach was great entertainment for us as well as for those watching (LOL). Beautiful sunsets. Took a sunset dolphin cruise just minutes away. Absolutely my favorite vacation spot. We had a great week in Bill and Ingrid's condo. The condo is very nicely decorated and conveniently located in the hub of activity in Panama City Beach. We recommend anyone to rent this property as the owners are extremely easy and professional to work with.

My Husband and I stayed in this one bedroom unit the week of May 15-22. It was wonderful. We love Long Beach resort and stay here every year. This is the first year that it was just the two of us and this unit was perfect. We had all we needed and dealing with Bill and Ingrid was a pleasure. Great condo to stay at Panama City Beach! This is a beautiful condo with a fantastic view of the ocean from living room and bedroom. It is so nice to wake up and see the ocean each morning; and the king size bed is very comfortable. Bill and Ingrid are wonderful owners to work with....very kind and accomodating. We will definatley be back to stay at Long Beach.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Ingrid and Bills Long Beach Resort Condo and we had the best time ever. Upon arrival we found the condo extremely clean with all the amenities of home. The furnishings was beautiful and upper class all the way. The large balcony provided breath taking views of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets. When having breakfast on the balcony we even saw dolphins playfully jump completely out of the ocean twisting and turning in the air and then flapping their tails on top of the water as they swam up the beach in the mornings. The large garden tub in the condo was so relaxing. I filled it with bubbles and would sink down in it with a book to read and a glass of wine....who could ask for a better way to end a perfect day? The lagoon pool with the cascading waterfalls was gorgeous. We loved the short walk up the beach to Pineapple Willys where we ate out on the covered pier overlooking the ocean. Shopping was close so we didn't waste any time hunting for a place to stock up for the week or to just browse through the shops. I was leary of booking my vacation with an individual that I found online (you hear so much about fraud) but Bill and Ingrid are the experts and worked to make this first experience for us a great one. Our deposit was returned promptly without delay after our keys and pool tags were returned. I would recommend this condo to couples wanting a romantic getaway and also to families that desire a vacation at a reasonable price that is clean and close to everything that you could possibly need. We plan on a return trip for our anniversary and will be starting a tradition by staying at Ingrid and Bill's small piece of heaven every opportunity we have. Shelia Clinton Tennessee

Breathtaking view......................

If you want the best view on the beach, then this is the place for you. We were impressed with the sliding doors that opened up all the way, not only the two doors, the doors themselves slid onto the other glass panels making the view completely unobstructed. The glass is floor to ceiling, so you could lie in bed and see the ocean (Cabana style). Yes, in the living room and the bedroom!!! The condo is decorated "beachy" but tastefully. We had the best trip ever. The parking is convenient (no walking across the road) always a front spot. The elevator to the 8th floor took 10 seconds to zip you upstairs. The location was where everything you needed was within walking distance( in case you had a drink too many) You can see Pinapple Willies from the balcony and walk in from the beach in 10 minutes). Love it, love it, love it. The tropical themed pool was awesome too, although we spent most of our time @ the beach snorkeling. We will definately stay there again!! David & Virginia

We stayed at this condo the week of July 18-25 2009. The inside of this condo was clean and beautiful. Very well decorated, just as the pictures show. We loved the lagoon pool. The location is very convienient to shopping, dining, and entertainment. This is one of the best floor plans on the beach, as you can see the ocean from every room. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with. The next time we visit PCB, with out a doubt we would stay in this condo again.

We stayed in this condo the week after the 4th of July. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very attractive and the furniture/bed was very comfortable. We had several dinners on the large balcony which also had very comfortable furniture. Also loved the large/deep bathtub. We hope to stay there again next year. The owners were very nice and easy to work with.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Our first impression was the beautiful furniture. The bed was comfortable as was the couch. Having the washer and dryer was an added plus. The pool is as beautiful as the pictures show it. We used the DVD players and the WI-FI everyday. Having Wal-Mart, miniture golf and so many restaurants nearby was a great welcome. We will return soon!

I have just recently returned from my stay at Bill and Ingrids Condo in Panama City Beach and was very impressed with dealing with them in the lead up to the trip in getting things sorted, On arrival was thrilled with the condo the pictures dont do it justice this place is is gorgeous and offers amazing views of the gulf dont hesitate to contact and stay here you wont regret it!

My wife and I just returned from a wonderful retreat in this beautiful condo in Panama City Beach, Florida. Our stay was for the month of February, and the weather and area was most accommodating. This is a very nice condo that has spectacular views of the ocean and beach, especially the sunsets. The owners were nothing but helpful and honest.
