Location - Our condominium is located within the gates of the renowned Punta Mita Resort, 26 miles north of Puerto Vallarta, in the recently completed Hacienda de Mita luxury condominium complex, which sits on the beach of the beautiful Bay of Banderas. The resort is home to the award winning Four Seasons Hotel, the recently completed St. Regis Hotel, and two Jack Nicklaus Golf Courses. Our corner unit sits ocean side with exceptional unobstructed views across the Bay of Bandares and to the west it overlooks the seventh fairway of the Pacifico Signature Course. We are a short walk, two hundred yards, through a Punta Mita gate to the delightful fishing village and restaurant row for evening entertainment and beach front dining with no worries about driving home after a few margaritas.
Beach and Pools – Pool and beach options abound. The nearest pool is 100 feet from the front of our unit. The Hacienda de Mita Beach Club is 200 yards away and includes a beautiful beach ideal for younger families, infinity pool, hot tub and available massage therapist. In addition, as our guest you will also have free access to the Residents Beach Club and the St. Regis Beach Club, with amenities such as kids’ pool, adult pool, beach cabanas with towels, kayaks, wonderful beaches for swimming and relaxing, and a casual restaurants offering terrific beachside refreshments.
Golf – As our guest, you will have unlimited access at member guest rates to the Jack Nicklaus Pacifico Course at the Four Seasons Club Punta Mita, rated by Conde Nast as one of the top 100 resort golf courses in the world. The signature third hole, ‘The Tale of the Whale’, sits on an island just off the beach from the Residents Beach Club and is truly one of golf’s most unique and stunningly beautiful holes. Also available at the Golf Club are excellent tennis courts and a delightful outdoor restaurant, ideal for a pleasant lunch after golf.
The Condominium – Hacienda de Mita #803. Our condo is a part of the Hacienda de Mita Luxury Condo complex sitting on the beach at the Bay of Banderas. The building contains six other condos, and it has its own pool located towards the beach 100 feet in front of the building. We have a very spacious 3500 square foot corner unit, which includes two master suites with king beds (one with a pull-out sofa sleeper), a third large bedroom with double beds, 4 ½ baths and a utility room with full washer/dryer and toy storage, including our bicycles, which you are welcome to use.
The living and dining area comfortably accommodate eight with ample seating and spectacular views to the Pacific. With the sliding glass wall opened, the living room flows into the covered lanai for outdoor dining and lounging spaces as well as a game table and double hammock, such that all may enjoy the beauty and comfort of the Punta Mita environment. The wonderful lanai deck has unobstructed views to the ocean and to the west across the seventh fairway.
The modern fully equipped kitchen has state of the art Wolf and Subzero appliances. The spacious living area is tastefully decorated by a leading interior designer providing style as well as comfort. The large granite kitchen counter island allows four adults to sit and converse while dinner is being prepared or to watch the news (FOX, CNN, etc. via satellite system) during breakfast. A full music system is provided including a CD library and DVD player for home entertainment.

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful condo for 3 nights in September. I can only say, it was perfect in every way! The pictures just don't do it justice. The condo is open and spacious and beautifully decorated. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, plenty of closet space, wireless internet, etc. With gorgeous views of the ocean and pools, and a little slip of jungle running alongside the condo, I really felt like I was away from it all. The condo complex was clean and very quiet (off season) and much of the time we seemed to have the whole complex to ourselves. The staff at Hacienda de Mita was friendly and attentive and the local property manager was available for questions by cell phone if you needed her. The owner was very easy to work with and even answered an email while we were at the condo. I would highly recommend this condo in particular and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.
