My lovely, second floor, Maui Vista Condo - one bedroom, one bath condo, is less than 150 steps from famous Kamaole I Beach(sometimes called Charlie Young Beach), in South Kihei, Maui.
That wonderful ocean breeze flows right on through the living room through the bedroom, to keep things at a perfect temperature most days of the year! Three ceiling fans, plus the living room Air Conditioner, adds to your comfort, and each unit is about 700 sq ft of living area, including the Lanai.
The kitchen is very well equipped with almost new appliances. There is a rice maker, blender, coffee maker and of course a dishwasher, microwave oven, plus a stack washer/drier. The gas BBQ picnic area is only a short distance from the elevator, on ground floor, so is very convenient, with a new gas barbecue - picnic area surrounded with tropical foliage. Families enjoy have a family dinner there or they bring the food up to their condo and eat on their Lanai.
There are ten acres of well-kept tropical splendor, with six individually enclosed Championship tennis courts, plus three recently beautifully refurbished swimming pools that add to your pleasure. See you there!
Being across the street from the voted, (best) beach on Maui is a special pleasure! Keawakapu Beach is my favorite beach, too!.

Why the Owner Chose Maui Vista
Maui Vista Unit 1211 is in the front building of the Maui Vista Condos on the 2nd floor. Where I live is also a few doors down the walkway on the same floor. I specifically wanted to be able to catch the ocean breeze that flows up the street from Keawakapu Beach. It comes through the front slider door and can carry all the way through the unit out the bedroom window. You can hear the waterfall down on first floor until midnight, if you crack your window. That's my favorite part, whenever I sleep in that unit.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
My unit 1211 is very well equipped. The new Frigidaire Dishwasher,Kenmore water heater, and Frigidaire SlideIn Range, Roper Refrigerator: all purchases within the last 2 years. It also has a stack type washer/drier. Standing by the deck railing, one can view the tropical flowers and lush foliage and well-kept lawns around the pool area. (About 5 condos in the building to the south.)

When I came to see Haley's Comet, I fell in love with Maui, bought a house and couldn't wait to move here from Southern California! It needed some remodeling, plus a cottage was built to match the Pole House. The 3/4 acre property was really a beauty, with an ocean view at the edge of Wailea. After remodeling 2 other houses, one in Kihei and Haiku,(on the East side of Maui). I rented them to windsurfers-from all over the world.....I was adopted as their "Maui Mum", as they were all like my second family. I was thinking @ retiring someday, so in 1998 I bought 2 Maui Vista condos, one for my retirement, where I live now, and one for a rental. I was in my 20's when I started the rental business. Now I am retired, livng at the Maui Vista plus renting Maui vista unit 1211, as planned. Yes! Maui is truly wonderful!
