Charming cottage is only a short hop skip & jump to 4 beautiful Watercolor pools, or a short bike ride to the Watercolor ocean side pool. Access to gorgeous top rated sandy white beaches & emerald Gulf waters. Located near unique shops, the Watercolor Inn & highly rated Fish Out of Water Restuarant. Discover the many bike & walking trails throughout Watercolor. Access passes are available to the pools and towel service through Watercolor Homeowners Association. The charming town of Seaside, is minutes away on bike or a short 5 minute drive. We are located at 110 Bluejack Street in the lake district on a quite street. We currently offer 5 adult bikes for your use as an extra amenity. Enjoy the many paths to explore Watercolor where you are only minutes away from all WC has to offer.

Our family has been visiting the Watercolor ~ Seaside Area for 10 years. We are from Rhode Island and travel a great distance, but we absolutely fell in love! It has such a quaint feel but all in a luxury beachy relaxed way. Our boys love jumping on their bikes and traveling to the beach pool or into Seaside, we never have to worry about them. The beaches are the the best in the world. Watercolor is one of the best places in the world for family vacations.
