  We just returned from our stay at Sanibel two days ago! My family and I had the most amazing time! My husband and I discussed the whole way home when we would be making our return! The decoration was lovely, everything was very neat and clean, the balcony and view were nothing short of AMAZING! Dennis and Juanita were a joy to work with and have been more than helpful to us! We look forward to coming here as much as possible!

  We had a great time here. The condo was beautiful and so comfortable. The owners were great to deal with and are such sweet people. I am so glad I found this listing.

  My husband & I found Sanibel 1804 through VRBO & could not have been luckier. Our first trip to 1804, I was 6 months pregnant with our son, & my husband surprised me with a quick 3 day trip to Gulf Shores to relax and spend New Year's Eve. We fell in LOVE with it immediately. We came home & quickly booked another trip for this summer. We just returned home Sunday. We took our 6 year old and 3 month old this time, and things could not have been better. The view is top notch--We spent as much time as possible on the balcony. The fireworks put on by the city of Gulf Shores were easily visible. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, with very comfortable furniture. There is a washer/dryer & any appliance you might need in the kitchen, which is also very convenient. They have supplied an entire closet of beach 'toys', including chairs, an umbrella, floats, etc. We also used the pool quite a bit--it was very clean and just right for our 6 year old. The building itself seems very safe--security people were always visible and the area around the building was well kept. It's just a quick trip across the street for the beach, and you are a short drive from tons of great restaurants. I just can't say enough great things about Dennis & Juanita and Sanibel #1804. If you are considering booking this condo, I urge you to go for it. You won't be disappointed! We already can't wait to go back and plan on making this a tradition for many years to come.

  WOW!! Where to begin?? My children and I stayed at Dennis & Juanita's stunning condo for a week and this little block does not begin to have enough space to describe what an amazing time we had!! The balcony view alone was breathtaking and the condo itself was immaculate and beautiful!! It also was the most comfortable place to be in! My children enjoyed the use of the pool and beach supplies and boy, did my son love that kingsized bed..lol! :D The welcome basket was a big win with the kids too! The kitchen was well stocked and there were towels and extra blankets to be had by all!! The whole experience was superb and we so look forward to going back soon!!   Hi Mr. Good, We want to thank you so much for our stay at Sanibel. We had a wonderful time. We were really impressed with the condo. It was so nice, the furnishings, just everything. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. I think there was more in that kitchen than mine at home! Lol. Plus all the beach extras there to use. Also, so so clean. Please tell the lady that does the cleaning she does a fabulous job. We showed pics to everyone & now they can't wait to book your condo. As for the oil, there were no signs of oil. Booms are set up at the harbors throughout that area & there is one set up to block the lagoon by the condo. If it weren't for those being set up as a precaution, you wouldn't know anything was going on. No smell of oil at all either. The beaches were open & there were people on them. We spent some time at the beach & was in the water. Everything seems to be just fine right now. I want to thank you again for our stay. We will be back. I'm due in December so I was thinking maybe in the fall we could take us one more weekend away!!!

  Dear Dennis and Juanita Our stay was as pleasant at the end as it was in the beginning. We very much enjoyed the amenities and comforts of your condo.The weather even cooperated especially the 2nd week. Played golf last thur. near Fairhope with a temp of 76 degrees.the trip home fortunately was uneventful. If we would return to Gulf Shores, I would hope we could be guests in your condo once again

  The accommodations were spacious and very clean, with a beautiful view of the gulf. An excellent choice for a family vacation. The owners clearly take pride in their unit, are very friendly and easy to work with. We all had a great time!

  WOW! Still trying to come up with words that can describe the view from this magnificent condo. It is simply breathtaking. The decor is top line, beds amazingly comfortable. The owners also leave several special touches. The use of their beach accessories was super nice. They will go out of their way to make it a memorable and unforgettable vacation. We stayed a week and can't wait to go back. I must say in all honesty, that after vacationing 15 years in Gulf Shores this was by far the best, cleanest and nicest condo we have ever stayed in.   My family and I had an amazing vacation thanks to these guys. The condo smelled clean when we walked in. My kids didn't want to leave, they kept asking if it could be our new home. Thanks so much, we will be staying again next year!

  We really enjoyed the stay. The location is perfect for walking on the beach and is close to some nice restaurants. My wife also liked the fact that we were close to the outlet mall. I would recommend staying here to all my friends.
