Our luxury villa is simply the best for your most memorable vacation. Situated in the safe and quiet community of Westridge with elevated views beyond our extremely private pool and tropically landscaped gardens, located just 14 minutes from Disneyworld.

The villa is custom decorated in an African theme and uniquely furnished and equipped with impressive vaulted ceilings throughout. Offering master bedrooms with king and queen beds plus two twin rooms and two bathrooms. Large family room, separate dining room with formal table and chairs, breakfast nook and utility room. The pool and deck areas offer 1400 sq ft under lanai -lots of space for dining and relaxing, a particular feature is the large vaulted ceiling area where you can sit or dine outside, shielded from the strong sunlight or tropical rainstorms!

The unique Games Room offers a professional Proline 8'x4' slate bed pool table, entertainment center, TV, selection of games and videos for children and adults!

Facilities for children including cot with all bedding, high chair, and pushchair and we have also fitted a fireproof safe for your other valuables!

Westridge itself offers floodlit tennis, basketball court, beach volleyball, community swimming pool and large children's play area. THIS IS STRICTLY A NON-SMOKING VILLA.

  • We have visited Florida on 12 occasions in the last 14 years and other than the very first year we have rented villas. This particular villa is by far the most luxurious with every conceivable facility you require. What impressed us the most was the amount of space around the swimming pool enabling you to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade. It was also a brilliant idea to convert the garage into a games room which provides great entertainment for everyone. We have rented this villa twice in the last year and will not hesitate to do so again if we return to Florida.

  • Quite simply the best Floridian holiday we have ever had....and this is our tenth! We've stayed in expensive hotels and costly private accomadations before, but nothing has ever come close to matching the fantastic two weeks we spent 'living it up' in your villa. We really appreciated the idiot-proof ten minute backstreet directions to Disney, and being within half a mile of (what has to be)the best Publix store in the State really did prove a Godsend. Westridge proved both peaceful and beautiful. We live on a busy main road in England, so we were both ready for a really good night's sleep! The villa itself was just as advertised. Spotlessly clean, brilliantly decorated, and full of every modcon conceivable. Catherine spent every waking hour frying on the pool deck, whilst I found it hard to drag myself away from your telly. 54 inches of ESPN for a sportsnut! It doesn't get any better than that! Thanks ever so for letting us rent your lovely home. As you can probably tell, it made quite an impression! We shall CERTAINLY return. Tony and Catherine Smith.
