This beautiful pier area 1 bedroom vacation rental is ground floor unit with a kitchen, dining area, a small patio where you can enjoy breakfast, and one bedroom with new queen bed and a convertible couch bed, with a state of the art pull out system that is almost as comfortable as a regular bed. It’s been completely remodeled and updated with an all NEW furniture, remodeled bathroom, new tile and carpet, and ceiling fans. This home features 2 flat screen televisions, 2 DVD players, cable TV service and secure wireless internet access. It also comes with its own washer and dryer, and has off street parking in front.
This property is just a quick walk to the beach and the San Clemente pier. We’re pleased to provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, an ice chest, a wagon and boogie boards for your enjoyment. The area surrounding the pier has a small market, a few family owned restaurants, a coffee shop, frozen yogurt shop and the famous Fisherman’s Restaurant on the pier. The quaint down town area of San Clemente, Del Mar, is only a few walking blocks away. There are many wonderful restaurants, stylish boutiques, antique shops, surf shops as well as coffee and tea houses. There is also a great farmers market every Sunday on Del Mar until noon.

This is the perfect location if you are looking for someplace close to the Pier. Very comfortable space with everything that either an individual or couple would need - comfy bed, full kitchen, spacious bathroom. Appliances and furniture were very new, bed was stacked with pillows. I will definitely be coming back here.

This unit is recently updated/decorated and very comfy. Sitting at the kitchen table and looking out at the ocean each morning while drinking coffee and eating breakfast was wonderful. 1 Block to the beach, short walk/drive to the main drag. I will be returning.

MY WIFE AND I LOVE AN OCCASIONAL GETAWAY TO SAN CLEMENTE. WE USUALLY STAY AT A HOTEL BUT FOUND THIS GREAT DEAL HERE. THE COTTAGE IS NICE AND LOCATION IS GREAT. THE PROCESS OF MAKING THE ARRANGEMENTS WAS GREAT. THE REASON FOR THE AVERAGE REVIEW WAS BECAUSE OF THE UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS. THIS UNIT IS BELOW AN UPSTAIRS PLACE. WE HAD CONSTANT NOISE ON BOTH DAYS WE STAYED. OUR FIRST DAY WAS THE WORST BECAUSE WE WANTED TO STAY IN THE ROOM MOST OF THE DAY, AND IT WAS REALLY DISTRACTING. I WOULD LOVE TO COME AGAIN BUT WE WILL MAKE SURE NEXT TIME THAT THERE WILL BE SOME PEACE AND QUIET .

My husband and I stayed here in June. (Sorry it took so long to write this review.) We were delighted the unit looks just like the photos.You are within walking distance to so much that you don't have to drive if you don't want to. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. And two tv's kept us both happy.We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here in June. We were delighted that the unit looked just like the photos. It was the perfect size for the two of us. We had all the amenities we needed. First of all, the location of the condo was perfect. The beach and downtown area were both walking distance. The unit was clean and had all the amenities you could imagine. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely look forward to another stay here!

This condo is very clean and modern with an ocean view. We were able to walk to the beach and downtown district which was great. The bed was very comfortable and the tile shower was very nice. I wish we could have stayed longer, I highly recommend renting this unit!!!

Everything is new and clean in this recently-remodeled unit and the price is right. Good ocean view, although a little limited in scope. Close to the pier, beaches and the beach trail. Very accommodating owner. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect for one or two people, and location was excellent. View of the water from the patio, and short walk to the pier. Everything new and clean and very comfortable. Only reason not rated excellent was due to some issues in contacting owner for entrance to the unit, but ultimately I had the info by check in time and the stay was perfect. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I spent our One year wedding anniversary here in June 2009. The condo had the perfect accomadations. Quaint, cozy, and just a short walk to the beach. We loved the chocolate truffles waiting for us upon our arrival. Parking was a little tight for our Toyota Tundra, but most of the streets in San Clemente are your typical beach streets, and that means the closer you are to the ocean - the more narrow the streets. We couldnt have had a more perfect first anniversary. We hope to be back year after year!
