  Our family of 4 (two adults, two small kids) stayed at this condo for 8 nights. It was out first time visiting Maui and we had a wonderful vacation. LuAnn was an absolute delight in coordinating our stay and everything went smoothly upon check in. The condo was in perfect condition and very clean. The kitchen appliances and furniture in the bedroom and living space was up to date and very modern. A huge plus - the washer the dryer! The location of the condo was great and we enjoyed many evenings sitting out on the lania (the kids loved the colorful waterfalls on the grounds). If you rent a vehicle (I recommend it) you will have your own parking stall at the condo as well. The beach is a quick 3 minute walk away - very family friendly and beautiful clean sand. The condo is located close to a full service grocery store - so anything you need is not too far away. In the evenings you can take a 10 minute walk down to little shopping plaza to enjoy a ice cream. I can't say enough about this condo - I did ALOT of research and reading other reviews when we were looking for a place to stay. When I read the reviews for this one - I was sold right away. It lived up to every expectation we had. Thank you so much LuAnn & Tim, you made our first Maui vacation just perfect! We hope to come back again!

  This condo is in a great location and is very well maintained. It is well stocked with everything you need for the beach plus more! This was our second trip to Kamole Sands and we loved it more than the previous year.

  My husband and I have visited Maui many times over the years and have always enjoy staying at the Kamaole Sands. This is the first time we have stayed at Tim and LuAnne,s and we hope to stay there again. The condo is well stocked and well maintained. It is a very comfortable place and we particularly enjoyed being on the ground floor with its easy access to all the fine amenities of the complex. Look forward to being there again.

  The condo lived up to every expectation. The owners were easy to work with during the reservation process and had us fully prepared for our visit. The condo itself is immaculate and well stocked for a family vacation. The first floor location is perfect. A short walk to the pool or beach, an over sized lanai, and a view of the ocean. Absolutely first class. The complex was also outstanding, The grounds are well manicured, the pool area well maintained, and everyone we dealt with was very pleasant. It's easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and fantastic beaches. And the weather was great. Twice we drove up to the island's Northwest tourist area only to be met with clouds and wind. Both times we shortened our stay to return to Kehei and enjoy the beautiful sunset. If you're heading to Muai, this is the place to stay!

  Beautifully renovated condo. The spectacular sunset . Great Location to beaches, walking and eating out. Manicured Garden with fountains (illuminated at night). Four great tennis courts and swimming pool. Good guest services. Very nice BBQ facilities. Spectacular drive to Hana. golf courses nearby. We are sorry that we did not bring our golf bags. We did enjoyed tennis everyday. One week was too short to do all the things we wanted to do. We want to stay at least two weeks in this paradise next visit. Thank you for making our visit so special and memorable one. We celebrated my birthday (75th) on the 17th. Mike and Eiko

  I cannot reiterate what has already been said. This is a fantastic condo. Being on the ground floor has so many amazing advantages!!! The California king bed was perfect for Dan and I as we are 6'4" and 6'2" respectively. We will most definitely rent this condo again and it made our first visit to Maui awesome (and now we have the Maui-bug). The Boone's go-to gal is awesome too! Shannon and Dan.

  My husband and I stayed here for a week in June 2012 and it was remarkable. The condo is very well equipped. The master bed is very comfortable. The two baths make it extra nice as my husband and I each took one. The location across the street from the beach cannot be beat. We walked there 4 evenings and watched the sunset. Extra special! The lanai view is exceptional with the fountains. We walked about 4-5 blocks to some excellent restaurants and to the best cinnamon rolls you have ever tasted! So relaxing. I highly recommend this condo. It is in a very nice and convenient location in Maui with shopping for anything you need within 5-10 minutes. We did not go at the time of year for the whale viewing but I know that this would be an excellent location to see them. A++++++++++++

  The "Boone's" condo is absolutely fantastic and just a 5 minute walk to a great beach where you can boogy board, snorkel, etc. The condo was is superbly maintained and had everything that we needed. The lanai was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas etc. The photos of the condo completely reflected the appearance and all the amenities. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay at the Boone's condo....you will not be disappointed. It met all of our expectations and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui.   Just back from our 4th time at this condo - another great two weeks in Maui! This is a fabulous place to stay - great location, clean, well kept, well stocked with everything you need. We are counting the days until we can go back! Thanks for another great vacation!

  We had the good fortune to come across "Boone 5 Condo" on VRBO. The condo is beautiful and very well equipped and maintained. It really is just like the pictures! The lanai closet is well stocked with everything you need for the beach and the ground floor condo location provides easy beach access. We have been in other condos at the Kamaole Sands and there is no comparison. Tim and LuAnn were very helpful and provided great tips for our stay. We would highly recommend Boone 5 Condo and hope to stay again in the future!
