This is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, FIRST-FLOOR, OCEANFRONT/OCEANVIEW CONDOMINIUM, located in Garden City Beach, South Carolina.
You can relax by the pool on the large sundeck that overlooks the magnificent Atlantic Ocean, or take your towel/chair to the beach! The Afterdeck is located a few blocks from the Garden City Pier, and you are conveniently located to enjoy all the Grand Strand has to enjoy. Just ten minutes from the Myrtle Beach Airport, one mile to Murrell's Inlet "Restaurant Row" & Marshwalk, and 10 minutes to Broadway at the Beach, and The Palace Theatre.
The living area is complete with cable TV/DVD/VCR and a full-size, sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a table for two; a place to enjoy coffee or a drink. The kitchen connects to the dining area where everyone can eat together AND the dining area has access to a large patio with furniture (ocean view). The living area is very spacious with two leather sofas and cable TV with a DVD player. The master bedroom (which includes a queen-size bed, TV and connecting full bath). There are two additional bedrooms equipped with a queen and two single size beds. Both bedrooms have access to a full bathroom.
The private balcony overlooks the ocean and beach access. The sundeck has chairs, a covered sitting area, and an outdoor pool. There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit. There is a storage closet in the condo for all your beach-gear! Also, the beach access next to the building provides ample parking for those with more than one vehicle. Our condo is definitely a place to come and enjoy, relax, and forget about it all! So make sure to stay with us for your next visit!! You will be impressed!
We are required by law to charge and 11% accomodations tax. Other fees include a $75 departure cleaning service fee and a $75 linen package fee. The linen package is optional.
