This is the first time that I ever written an online review but I just had to in the case of this wonderful house! All week long people would say, "Wow, you did such a great job finding this place!" Let me tell you why....Every bedroom had extra pillows, blankets, and a box fan. To us Southerners, the box fan is the original white noise machine! The kitchen was stocked with every thing you would need plus more to cook at home which we did a few times. My brother has two toddlers and this house provided a pack-n-play, bumpers for a bed, high chair, booster seat, and a basket of toys!! The garage had all the beach needs your heart desired...chairs, rafts, shovels, etc. I was also thrilled to go home with clean clothes thanks to the washer and dryer. Not to mention a television in every room, homey decor, and three full bathrooms! Having two bedrooms up and two bedrooms down allowed each family some privacy which is nice in case of rain. It rained for 3 of our days. The locals told us that it was one of the worst storms in 20 years!!! Speaking of local, there are 2 wonderful restaurants within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) from the house. Most importantly, the VIEW!! You have a panoramic view of the ocean and it was a blessing to see every morning even when watching gale forces winds make gigantic waves. The beach is so private that you feel like it is all your own. I would definitely return AND recommend this place to anyone. Not to be too cliched but this was Home Away from Home! Happy vacationing!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Excellant, just as described only better. The house is clean and well appointed in all aspects. All bedding was very comfortable. We loved the gazebo on the deck. We spent most of our time there. Everything was as the owner said from entering the house to closing the house. Parking was adequate for several cars. We parked two cars, BIG truck and big boat in the drive without using the two car garage. We visited the two small restaurants in walking distance of the house. They look very old Florida but very good food. Even being right on A1A the neighborhood felt safe and not tourtist like. The beach was accessible by two sets of steps within a few feet of the property. Hope to return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The home was very nice and roomy for our 3 families traveling together. There were 10 of us all together. Our golfers had a great time with the local courses. The runners had some of the best runs ever! Our beach goers had a few good days to get out there and enjoy the surf and sands! The kids loved the big waves as the boogie boards got lots of use! We even had a few of us that would walk to the local night pubs and enjoy an appetizer and beer at the end of the day. We ventured North and South to Daytona Beach and to St. Augustine. We really enjoyed the PGA hall of fame. Thank you for the memories!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

The best beach rental we have found ever. I rented this house on Flagler Beach for our annual family vacation. There was a total of 9... (5 adults) (4 children under age 14) and we had plenty of room in thes lovely home. It was exactly as advertised!! The Flagler Beach area is special in that it is such a relaxed community and very friendly. The owner of this property was so easy to work with. Thanks Randy for renting us your house. We plan on returning annualy to this "special" place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: Thank you for the very kind words! We always appreciate repeat business. We certainly hope to hear from you again in the very near future!

We vacationed at Flagler Beach in early May and had a perfect time! The house, beach, weather, and town were all wonderful. We loved having nothing blocking our view of the ocean. The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We ate almost every meal on the deck, listening to the sound of the ocean. We spent almost every day on the uncrowded beach and took long walks on the beach and in the neighborhood, even all the way to town! The owner of this beach house is very friendly and helpful. He did everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

So often, you just can't help but feel a certain amount of trepidation when booking a vacation home online - even for those (like us) who have done it often, there is still the very real possibility than upon arrival things will be much less than what the pictures and description have promised. After a terrible experience a previous year visiting Flagler Beach (booking a different beach home) wherein we drove 7+ hours and had to spend 2 hours just cleaning the place enough to make it livable, you can only my imagine my deep sigh of delight when we arrived at this wonderful home to find everything exactly as detailed. But taking a step back, I must first commend the owner for being so communicative, quick to respond to any emails, inquiries or additional questions. Not only that, but the directions and extra information about the house was very, very thorough and we had no trouble locating or entering the home. One of the things we first noticed about the exterior was the lovely landscaping... perhaps a small point, but so many of the rental homes have nothing but junky looking rock and/or gravel. Obviously the main draw is the ocean view, but it's nice not to have to overlook a crummy yard to do so!! The inside of the home was superbly clean - not just "freshened up" clean, but baseboards were clean, bathrooms were spotless, etc. With three small children, its so important to come "home" to a clean rental and this place certainly delivered! The owners have everything you would need (and then some!) in their fully stocked kitchen. Just bring/buy food and you'll be set :-) Also, they had loads of spices and seasonings, which was a pleasant surprise and certainly saved a few dollars off our grocery bill. There were PLENTY of bath towels, hand towels and washcloths - again, so nice when you have 7 people staying in the house and you don't need to wash towels every single day to ensure there's enough to go around!! One total life saver was the beach cart in the garage - what a handy thing to have! The owners seemed to really have thoughtfully evaluated what potential vacationers might want or need and stocked it. Overall, we were thrilled with the home and plan to make it our destination next year as well - I couldn't recommend it highly enough!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I spent a week with my entire family at this house the last week of June. We have been renting houses in the Flagler area for many years. This is one of the best we have ever rented. The house is in excellent shape. Thanks Randy for sharing your house with us. The area and property are beautiful. This beach house was perfect for our family. We had several children in our party and they enjoyed the games that were at the house. The kitchen was well equipped and the layout was great with the laundry room at the entry from the beach. The view from the deck was also amazing. This was our first trip to Flagler beach and we will definately be back. The beach was not crowded and the kids found live starfish and a horseshoe crab while fishing. Thank you Randy for allowing us to enjoy your home!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The neighbors were very friendly too! This experience was wonderful and I highly recommend it for families or a group of friends looking for a tropical get- away!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
