This is a gorgeous, totally remodeled, 2 bedroom elegant and spacious apartment.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a balcony with two twin size beds that could be pulled together.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms (1 master full bathroom, and then, a separate "outside" vanitory where you can put your make up on or shave, while somebody is using the full bathroom). In addition, by the kitchen, I have a small little bathroom with a toilet and a shower)

The Kitchen is fully equipped including a washer and a dryer in the unit. But wait! it gets even better..., you also get a weekly maid service included in your rate!. The dining area and the kitchen is the "American Style" where it is all integrated for hanging out and cooking together with the family.
Located on Cervinio St, on a 6th floor (with elevator!) in a quiet residential street with a balcony facing the sun in Palermo chico. It is between Ruggieri and Salguero. One block away from fancy Ave Libertador, where all the big parks are. Also towards the other side, you have 2 blocks away Ave Las Heras, where all the busses run to all over the city!
All within a block of my apartment you will find many restaurants starting with one just at the corner 20 feet away. This Restaurant serves delicious food an it open from 7:30am till 1:00 AM for late Argentenian dinning. You get coffee shops, ice cream "hang out place" boutiques, pharmacies, convenient stores, grocery store, internet cafes, a Hospital (Fernandez), a bank with ATM machines, a blockbuster, you name it!
Close to the city center.
Ideally situated to explore the many opportunities of this great metropolis!! Nearby the Zoo and Botanical Gardens.

This is the love of my life apartment as I am still connected to home and my mom through it. I kept her piano and the space as she liked it and yet made it modern. Having spent 23 years in the U.S.A makes me half Argentinian and half American and that is how I will describe this wonderful apartment.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
I love the brightness and the open space I have right out my windows. The oriantation is to the North so I get sun most of the day and I love that. Light, Sun, air, open space. Then my area is absolutely the best. You can walk one walk to Libertador and walk through all the parks in Palermo Chico famous for the Embasies with their amazing architecture. Within a block of the apartment you will find EVERYTHING you can ever need. That is a guaranteed and quite amazing.

I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. My mother bought this apartment when I was a young girl and I lived in it until I moved to LA. Now, this is my beloved apartment and I still go home twice a year to visit all my family & friends.
I have a Dance Academy in Santa Monica and I also own also a vacation rental in Mammoth Lakes, so I am always busy and entertained running my world of business.

This two bedroom apartment suited our needs exactly: relatively spacious yet cozy, well appointed and comfortable, and located in Recoleta (a less busy yet still dynamic neighbourhood in BA). We walked everywhere with relative ease and felt "at home" upon our return at nights. The owner was very helpful in our contacts with her. We're already recommending the apartment to our Argentina bound friends.

The advertisement for this apartment in the Recoleta-Palermo area pales in comparison to the “real thing.” We were immediately impressed by the neighborhood, and the building itself. The unit is located on the sixth floor which can be accessed by either the elevator or the spiral staircase. Upon our arrival we were greeted in person by a lovely woman who gave us a thorough explanation of how everything in the apartment functioned. The apartment was fabulous! It was clean, comfortable,and well furnished. The piano added a nice touch, as well.The location was also beyond our expectations. Everything we needed was close by-excellent restaurants, ice cream shops, and a great grocery store. We walked to Recoleta Cemetery, as well as to the So Ho area for shopping. My husband, daughter and myself felt extremely happy staying here. We have recommended this apartment to others and hope to return soon. We would highly recommend this apartmentment to you as well. In addition, the owner, Isabelle, was always prompt and reliable in responding to all of my many inquires before the trip.

The property is very well maintained. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Almost everything you need is within 5 to 10 min walking distance. If not, there are many taxis that drive by the area to take where you want to go. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Definately would stay there again if i go back to Buenos Bries.

The location is perfect, right in between Recoleta and Palermo. I liked that I could walk out the door and go for a run. Lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance, the coffee at "Tabac" was the best. The apartment had everything I needed and I enjoyed having the choice of making my own food or going out to eat. Liked the fact that I had a TV and a radio, so that I could work on my Spanish language skills. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Isabelle!

We enjoyed a 2 week stay in this BA apt. Great location with many wonderful restaurants, markets and delicatessens nearby. Area is very safe to walk around and convenient to the botanical gardens, MALBA, Alta Palermo mall and calle Santa Fe. Only $4 by taxi to Congresso and Casa Rosada. Isabelle, the owner, was accommodating. A plus was the fact that one may pay with paypal as opposed to carrying large amounts of cash in a foreign city. I would recommend a stay at this apt.

Very comfortable apartment and grrreat location! close to two nice shopping centers, lots of restaurants in the area and nice parks as well! Even though we just stayed there for two nights, we enjoyed the nice, clean apartment. The owner was very helpful to accomodate us with a very short notice we gave her.

My wife and I spent 3 nights in this apartment which is in a nice, centrally located neighborhood. Everything one needs is within walking distance. The building is very secure. The apartment is clean and comfortably furnished with lots of natural light and it's very quiet. After three nights it felt like "home" and we were on a familiar basis with the people at Matilda's (a cafe right out the front door of the building).

Our party of 4 stayed for a week in this apartment and we were really happy with it. It was wonderful to be able to stay in BsAs and feel like we were actually living there! It's location is excellent, stores, restaurants, cash machines all nearby. Taxis pull up out front all the time making it easy to get around, although the greatest pleasure is just walking from the apartment to the beautiful neighborhood surrounding.

We spent 9 delightful days in this lovely apartment, which was very comfortable for the 4 of us. The living room and kitchen/dining area were great places for us to spend time together. The location was fabulous, with easy bus access to the whole city. The neighborhood was lovely, with good restaurants and beautiful parks close by.
