Emerald Waters Complex: Located at the beginning of Frangista Beach, this unit is a newer, second floor condo with a view of the Gulf. Four million dollar homes surround you on the beach and next door making the neighborhood even more exclusive.
We have views to the west. Our condo is in a small complex for less crowds and plenty of parking. Frangista Beach is a beautiful planned community with beautiful landscaping.
At less than 50 steps to the beach, you are as close to the beach as possible without paying "on the beach prices." Private beach is never crowded like the big resorts because EW is only 36 units. Additionally, the condo has nice upgrades including granite counter tops, and it is decorated in a traditional modern mode. Must see to appreciate. You will not be disappointed.
Two bedrooms each have private bathrooms. Plus, the sofa is a fold out sleeper. TV/DVD/VCR in living area and TV/DVD in both bedrooms.
It is also located approximately 2 miles from Silver Sands Outlet Mall on Old 98, walking distance to eat at Pampano Joe's, Whale's Tail, Theo's Pizza Pub, and much more. Also, I can provide renters with detailed recommendations of activities, restaurants, and places to go and see.

Why the Owner Chose Emerald Waters
We love Destin for its beaches and community. The water and sand remind me of the Caribbean without leaving the country. Destin has so many wonderful restaurants for any price range, and the shopping is some of the best anywhere.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The view of the water is lovely. You can watch dolphins during the day or the moonlight dance on the water at night. The condo is right across the street from the beach, so it's most convenient. It's also walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, a CVS, a coffee shop, and a winery.
We have a private beach, so it's not as crowded as other properties on public beaches or like the high rise beaches.

We are Bubba and Susannah from west Marietta, Georgia. Bubba has been fishing in Destin since he was a boy. I went my first time almost 20 years ago. We met 11 years ago this summer and took our first trip together to Destin. Several years later we decided to buy a place there. We found our dream condo in Emerald Waters in 2003 and have loved it ever since.
We enjoy sitting on the beach, fishing from the beach, renting pontoon boats, and dining out! I can't stay away from the outlet mall when I'm there.

Susannah, We had a great time at this beach. The first day we were there it rained, but we relaxed, got to enjoy the condo, and did some shopping. We LOVED the condo. The next two days it was beautiful! The water was so clear. We stayed on the beach all day. The condo and it's views were just as you described. I put the keys in the mail today so they should be there soon. Once again thanks. It was a wonderful vacation. Next year we'll definitely remember to check back with you about renting it again. Carol

Hi Susannah, Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo. We will be a regular renter. We only had a day and a half of rain. The rest of the time was sunny. The rain days gave my wife time to do some shopping, so all in all, it was a great trip. We went to a place called "The Old Bay Steamer" in Fort Walton Beach. It was very good if you like steamed seafood. The condo was very nice. No complaints at all from us. Two full baths is a wonderful thing when two women have to get ready for dinner. I guess our only complaint was that we only had a week. Thanks Again Mike
