This extremely popular single-storey Courtyard Villa is located within The Abbey approximately 1 mile from Champions Gate and thus offering easy access to the I-4 for all main attractions (Disneyworld being 15 minutes away) as well as numerous Golf Courses & Restaurants in close proximity.
The Villa is built around the private west-facing swimming pool/lanai with all 4 bedrooms having direct access to this area via sliding doors (alarmed). The Master Bedroom as well as the Cabana-Style Bedroom both have en-suite bathrooms with an additional bathroom located adjacent to the additional 2 bedrooms. The Villa also has a large lounge/dining/kitchen area -full equipped with all modern appliances, separate laundry room as well as a double garage plus off-road parking.
There is also an additional patio area at the rear of the property which backs only conservation land & is an ideal BBQ spot!!
As a guest at The Abbey, you will be able to have full access to the WestHaven Community Club House which boasts a large outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts as well as a fitness center.

The home was just as it was describe, Emma the owner is a wonderful person who handled the entire transaction perfectly, the welcome pack was sent by mail weeks ahead, and everything was perfect. When we arrived the home was in pristine condition, the pool was clean and she went the extra mile to put some milk, eggs and butter in the fridge. With service like this I am staying at the Abby everytime I visit Orlando!!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children.
