The Master Bedroom as well as the Cabana-Style Bedroom both have en-suite bathrooms with an additional bathroom located adjacent to the additional 2 bedrooms. The Villa also has a large lounge/dining/kitchen area -full equipped with all modern appliances, separate laundry room as well as a double garage plus off-road parking.
There is also an additional patio area at the rear of the property which backs only conservation land & is an ideal BBQ spot!!
