Our condo is a two minute drive from two Arkansas river put-ins, a five minute bike ride into downtown Salida and just a twenty minute drive up to Monarch Resort. Whether you're coming to Salida to fly fish the Arkansas river, go rafting or ski Monarch, our condo is a great base camp for your next adventure!
The condo has two bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen, common area, deck w/ grill, washer & dryer and car port. It sleeps four comfortably or six with some creativity (we supply an air mattress, you should bring sleeping bags for the people using the air mattress). Free cable TV and internet are included.
