This beautiful home is located at 316 Lands End in Bahia Bay, a private community conveniently located between Rockport and Aransas Pass. It is on a deep water canal adjacent to the intercoastal waterway. It is a 20 minute boat ride from the boat lift in the back yard to the Gulf of Mexico for excellent deep sea fishing or only five minutes for great flats fishing, in view of the house.

This home was built in 2004 with three full baths to accommodate a number of guests. There are two living room areas, one on the main floor and one on the second floor. No need to pack towels or bedding as it is all provided, along with laundry facilities. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

Excellent canal fishing, flats fishing, bay fishing and gulf fishing. There is a convenient fish cleaning station next to the boat lift and a deep freeze provided in the house for you to freeze your catch to take it home with you.

Just want to thank the owners for letting us rent their beautiful bay house. So much fun!!!! Every time we have stayed there we always catch Big Red Fish and Speckle Trout. This is our 4th stay in Bahia Bay and my married children and my husband loves it. We always take our sons boat out and fish in the morning and evening. Very comfy and enjoyable. We caught 7 big reds and 2 speckle trouts this past stay. The sad part is having to come back home and packing. We just don't want to leave because we just love it. Again, thanks a bunch. p.s. we took our fist grandbaby this year, very special to me. We also celebrate our childrens birthdays and go to Corpus Christi only 30 minutes away and eat at Landrys. Not far at all. God Bless you and we appreciate your home very much.

We have stayed at the Sand Dollar House many times since 2004. We always love going back. The view from the back porch is great. The guys love heading out to fish in the morning, straight off the back dock and the girls just love the wonderful open space of the house.We can wind down and find personal space for our favorite quiet pastimes, whether it be reading a book or some other hobby. With the second living area upstairs, the kids can go watch their favorite tv programs or play board games and not be under foot. There is plenty of space in the open living/kitchen area downstairs to cook memorable family meals of gumbo or fresh fish, etc. The kitchen is well equiped with whatever you might need to cook those favorite meals. Such a great place to unwind and enjoy the coast.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.
