Located in South Forest Beach, our 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa is a 2 story townhouse with lots of room for one large family or big enough to share, as it can sleep up to 8. It is beautifully furnished villa that offers our guests garden and partial ocean views, dining inside or out, or the perfect place to just relaxing and enjoy your vacation. We are in one of the best direct oceanfront resorts on Hilton Head, just steps from the beach.
The first floor has a large living room with windows opening to a delightful view. The dining area opens to a big outside deck overlooking the landscaped courtyard. Also, there is a fully equipped upgraded kitchen with granite countertops with a full laundry room. The master bedroom on this level has a king bed, private full bathroom and walks out to the deck.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom. The master bedroom on this level has a queen bed, a private deck, and with 2 sets of sliding glass doors it has a wonderful ocean breeze. The other bedroom is the most spacious bedroom of all and has 2 queen beds. There are ceiling fans and TV's in all bedrooms.
There are 4 total TV's & a DVD player, as well as a stereo. Our unit has wireless internet. The villa is pet and smoking free and has over 1,800 square feet in size. (largest units in the Shorewood)
The Shorewood is a direct oceanfront gated complex with a oceanfront pool (heated in March, April, October and November), children's pool and year-round hot tub - all brand new in 2010. There is a private beach walk to one of the nicest beaches on the island.
As we are located in the popular Forest Beach area, it is just a short walk or bike ride to Coligny Plaza with shopping and restaurants, so you can leave the car parked and enjoy your vacation. We are just a few steps from the Famous Tiki Bar. Also, movies, miniature golf, tennis, golf, water sports are all nearby.

My family stayed in HH for a week in September. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the villa very much. Great location, we walked or biked almost everywhere we went. The unit was clean and very roomy. No one argued over which bedroom they wanted because all 3 were great. There is only one bathroom downstairs and that is reached by going through the bedroom, but this was not a problem for us. We did have to keep the small children off the spiral staircase since the rails were minimal. The decks were not a worry though and we enjoyed them very much. We absolutely loved the huge walk-in pool. In fact, the entire pool area was very large. The owners were great to work with and everything was handled quickly. I would stay there again and recommend to anyone I know. Thank you for everything.

I used to come to Shorewood Villas when I was a kid for 5 summers! I wanted to share it with my family as adult. My husband and I and our 3 children couldn't wait to enjoy a week at Shorewood! It was very spacious which we really liked and we liked the decks too. Perfect walking distance to pool and beach. Patti called to check in and was very nice! Our vacation was cut short due to Hurricane Irene heading up the East Coast and we needed to beat the storm before we got home. We were so sad to leave early. If I could say one thing, you could tell the villa was showing it's age and could use a bit of a makeover. But overall, the space and location was great!

If you're headed to HHI, I would highly recommend this villa. The location to the beach, pool, Coligny, Sea Pines, etc. is wonderful. We have stayed at other places in South Forest Beach, but this is the best location we have found. The unit is clean, has everything you need, and has plenty of room for all to spread out. Patti and Brian were wonderful to deal with and will do everything they can to ensure you enjoy your stay. Patti even called during our stay to make sure all was well. Thanks, Patti! We plan on returning next year. Highly recommended!!

We have stayed at many different condos at the Shorewood in Hilton Head. This was by far the BEST villa!! Very clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this to anyone. We will be renting from them again.

This condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The property has a wonderful pool area and is steps from a lovely beach. The condo is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The owners were friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic vacation here! The short drive to Pickney Island National Wildlife Refuge is worth the trip.

Before I review the villa I would like to let anyone interested in renting this villa know that Patty & Brian are wonderful people to rent from. Patty was quick to answer any inquiries we had, and was genuinely concerned that everything be as promised on the VRBO site. She definately went above and beyond what we expected. The villa itself was perfect for 3 couples. None of us wanted to have to push twin beds together and we didn't have to do that here. The beds in all the rooms were really comfortable, and having 3 full baths gave each couple a level of privacy you usually don't have when staying together. The furniture in the rest of the very roomy condo was also very comfortable (not that rattan or wicker stuff that looks okay but really isn't made for relaxing on!). We also loved that the table on the deck was large enough for all of us to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable and who can ask for more than that? We were also lucky enough to be among the first guests to enjoy the new pool and hot tub (and enjoy them we DID!). There are plenty of chairs around the pool so no need to get up early to save seats! The fact that the beach was so easily accessible, and the walk to Coligny and the Tiki Bar was a breeze only added to our satisfaction with our rental. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this villa!! We will be back!

This was our 33rd year to this fabulous island. This villa is very nice and feels like home.We really enjoyed our visit. Give this villa a serious look, it is well worth it.

Have been vacationing in HH for years and have stayed in this Villa on two previous visits. Will be returning again this May. Unit is large, very nicely decorated, and clean. Two stories is great! Excellent location within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
