As you enter the front door of this home, you are immediately struck with the homey feel. Looking off to the left you see the living and dining rooms. The rich plaid of the sectional gives a comfortable feeling. Enjoy the 50" cable TV and High Speed Internet. The dining room is just waiting for your holiday turkey.
Continue into the kitchen, dining area, and family room. The kitchen is large, with a convenient cooking island with cook top. The rest of the kitchen is a modified U-shape with the window over the double sink looking out to the backyard. The adjacent family room is paneled in pine and has a fireplace appliance.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed. Around the corner is the downstairs 1/2 bath with toilet and sink. The double garage has been converted into a Game Room with a pool table and foosball table.
Upstairs are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, while the other bedrooms have queen sized beds and 19 inch sets. The master bathroom is spacious with double sinks and relaxing Jacuzzi bathtub.

Our family vacation at your home was all and more than any of us expected! We loved South Tahoe and the convenient location of your home to everything made it so enjoyable. We had a full house, but really never even used the formal dining area. The whole family gathered regularly in the famiy room, in the kitchen, around the kitchen table, and around the table on the back porch. The game area was used nightly by our grown kids. who loved to crank up the music while they played pool, yet was secluded from the sleeping areas so it never disturbed those that turned in earlier. The jacuzzi was taken advantage of first thing in the morning and late at night. We had no idea, until we arrived that there were views of the lake (through the trees) from the house!! We enjoyed all areas of the house and backyard. When it got crowded on the upper deck, my daughter and I shared a wonderful time of fellowship on the lower deck. As well, our 3 yr. old grandson enjoyed exploring the full backyard for bugs!! The master suite was incredible and I loved the view of the trees, from it's windows (night & day), as I lay in bed. If I had come to Tahoe to relax and get away, rather than to spend every moment with my family, I would've have enjoyed the amenities of the master bathroom more. All the bedrooms were beautifully decorated, as was the whole house.We are already planning another stay for when our son graduates UNR in May. I have stayed in dozens of rental properties, and this house was by far the worst. The first issue was the very scary old pictures on the walls (totally creeped out ALL the kids). The carpets were filthy, and the third "full bathroom" was a joke (the shower was behind a curtain, and we had to use a little sprayer to wash). The kitchen accommodations were very poor, with not enough pans to cook a full meal. The back yard was totally unkept. The only good thing about this house was the pretty Tiffany lamps, but the lightbulbs were broken in some. The master bathroom/bedroom was fine. Location was not what I would consider in "estates." A nasty old truck was parked across from the house our entire stay. Oh, and the DOGS! Neighborhood dogs barked and howled every morning between 6 and 8 AM.

We stayed here after Christmas and the property was exceptional. The backyard was a perfect place to play. There seemed to be a common area behind the house that was full of snow and beautiful scenery. We stayed for 2 days and on the second day there was a storm that had come through overnight. We lost electricity and the streets were snowed in. Luckily the neighbors were very kind and informative about what to do since we were due to check out that day. They had taken their big 4WD's through the roads and made a way for us to get out. We will definitely be using this property again as well as recommend it to our friends and family. We look forward to staying here again.

My family & I went to this house for the first time last November (2009) to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. What a wonderful experience that we will never forget! From the time of booking & great communication with owners to our stay (immaculate, deluxe home) it was incredible. I was a travel agent for 13 years (now a teacher) and saw my share of luxury, moderate, & poor accommodations. This was definitely a luxury home (amazing master suite! amazing top of the line kitchen! Amazing flat screen tvs! I could go on & on) And the outdoor jacuzzi was appreciated every single day! 5 min. drive to casinos! I will definitely go back to this home!

Very nice and clean house. I will sure rent this property again or even recommend it to friends and family. Accessible to everything, esp. to the hospital because I brought my Dad to emergency during our stay and thanks God that the hospital is less than 3 miles away.
