Come and experience the majesty of Lake Tahoe, surrounded by gorgeous mountains,forests, streams. There is so much to do and see here that it is impossible to do it in a week. We have five South Lake Tahoe Rentals to choose from, and all of our homes have either foosball tables or pool tables and hot tubs, plus great locations. As you enter the front door of this beautifully-appointed home, you are immediately struck with the elegant, yet homey feel. The staircase leading upstairs is lined with family portraits and shows a sense of history. This home is definitely a home, not just a vacation rental. Looking off to the left you see the vaulted ceiling in the living room with its and formal dining room. The rich plaid of the sectional is beckoning, as is the "Dancing Bears" picture above it. Come, relax and enjoy the 50" cable TV, or get connected via the High Speed Internet. The dining room is just waiting for your holiday turkey. The combination of these two rooms allows a wonderful opportunity for those family get-togethers.
Continue into the cozy kitchen, dining area, and family room, decorated in the lodge style for comfort and mountain-style ambiance. The kitchen is large, with a convenient cooking island with cook top. The rest of the kitchen is a modified U-shape with the window over the double sink looking out to the backyard. The adjacent family room is paneled in pine, with a 32" cable TV and fireplace appliance.
Also downstairs is the fourth bedroom, with a comfortable queen sized bed, and a 25-inch television.
Added this winter season, the garage will be converted into a game room with a pool table and foosball table to add to the home's list of great amenities
Upstairs are three bedrooms, all elegantly furnished and dressed in brocades, velveteen, and tapestries. All three upstairs bedrooms have television sets. The sleeping arrangement is a king sized bed in the master bedroom, and all the remaining bedrooms have queen sized beds. The master bathroom is spacious with double sinks and a very relaxing Jacuzzi bathtub. Every room is ready to be enjoyed.
Outside, enjoy the deck with its barbecue, or sooth your tired muscles in the hot tub. This fully fenced backyard is very private, wooded and pretty.
This wonderful home is located in Montgomery Estates, off Pioneer Trail in a very private area of homes that are primarily full-time residents. Almost anyplace in South Lake can be reached within a five- to seven-minute drive, including the lake, casinos, ski resort, and outlet shops.
