Terrace Ridge is a small gated community situated in a peaceful location only 12 minutes from Disney. On-site amenities are just seconds from the apartment. These include a large heated pool with plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs, a jacuzzi, beach volleyball, a clubhouse with fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar, large plasma TV; as well as a gym and games room with pool table, table football and games consoles.
At the end of a busy day relax in the jacuzzi or take a refreshing dip in the pool. If you still have energy, enjoy a workout in the gym. Alternatively, sit on your own private patio, overlooking the lawns and enjoy the tranquility.
We love staying at our Florida home – we’re sure you'll love it too. Our management company is just 10 mins away and their helpful staff will provide any assistance required.

Why the Owner Chose Terrace Ridge
We love the whole Florida experience. The weather, the people, the shopping, the food, the beaches etc etc.
We purchased in this small gated community because of its peaceful location but it’s still only minutes from the major attractions and has easy access to the airports and beaches.
The I-4 (from which all the Orlando attractions are accessed), is just 3 minutes away and we can quickly get to all the major attractions and shopping malls, as well as the beaches on either the Atlantic or Gulf coasts.
Its only 10 minutes drive to Disney, 20 minutes to Sea World\Aquatica\Discovery Cove, 25 minutes to Universal\Islands of Adventure and 30 minutes to Orlando airport.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our apartment offer a home from home experience – many of our guests say they are bigger and better than what they have at home. Ground floor provides easy access and at the rear of the building, there is no disturbance from other guests leaving and arriving. The apartment has its own private patio overlooking lawned areas - part of the well-maintained gardens at the site.
Because Terrace Ridge is a small community and most visitors are busy at the parks, it often means we have the pool, jacuzzi and sun deck to ourselves.
The clubhouse is well equipped with a kitchen, breakfast bar, large plasma TV as well as a gym and games room. Not forgetting the volley ball court adjacent to the pool.
We have the choice of a quiet day around the pool or to go sight seeing, shopping, take in a movie or any of the numerous activities or attractions in the area. If we want to body-board or just listen to crashing waves, we go to the Atlantic coast. If we want a more tranquil experience we visit the glorious beaches on the Gulf coast. Bliss!!
We enjoy live music and often go to House of Blues at Downtown Disney or even the occasional outdoor all-day events in the area.
We never tire of Florida with its guaranteed sunshine, friendly Floridians, fantastic food, fabulous shopping and myriad of activities and entertainment too numerous to mention and all on our doorstep.

We are a British couple and have been holidaying in Florida since we first visited with our son in 1991. We holiday two, and if possible, three times each year.
Paul works for an international telecommunications company and Sue works for an international bank. We love walking, cycling, swimming, table tennis, gardening, DIY, listening to music and attending gigs.
When on holiday, we make sure everything is in pristine condition.
We love taking family and friends over to holiday with us. It gives us the perfect excuse to re-visit the parks and share in their excitement and astonishment.
We continually add improvements to our property and are rewarded by guests who return again and again. The kind comments we receive and the regular recommendations make it all worthwhile.
