  • Words cannot explain what a fabulous time we had at condo 309. The place was so amazing we did not want to leave it for one second. The pictures do not do it justice. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for our weeks stay. Ate dinner on the lanai watching the sunset every evening. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with.Replies to all emails promptly. He is even nicer in person. We are planning on returning in the near future this time with the entire family.Thanks Tarek for everything !! P.S we drove around the area checking out all the other condo's and these seem to be the nicest !!

  • Kauai is our favorite Hawaiian island and, because of the beautiful sunsets, we prefer the Priceville area. This condo certainly offers that. The view is glorious with the ocean in front and Bali Hai ridge to the left. This condo is beautiful and comfortable with a kitchen that includes any appliance you might need. The master bedroom has a spectacular view. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and found the owner nice to work with.

The veiw is amazing, the condo has everything PLUS that you might need stocked in it. The sunset from the lanai and the view of the mountain over Hanalei bay was amazing! We heartily recommend your condo to others and will share our pleasant experience and your excellent service with friends and colleagues.
