Our private home is located at the end of a scenic country road in the heart of Vermont's Green Mountains only 3 miles from Smugglers' Notch Resort.

This beautiful mountain retreat was recently built and has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full bathroom. The two additional rooms share a full bathroom, one with a queen size bed and the third with twin beds.

This thoughtfully furnished and decorated mountain home is perfect for family gatherings. The open floor plan is equipped with a spacious kitchen with beautiful cherry cabinetry including a dishwasher, microwave and a large island with additional seating. The dining room table seats six. This opens into the bright living area furnished with a comfy couch, love seat and chair with ottoman surrounded by views of nature’s beauty. The half bath is also on this floor. The home is equipped with Direct TV. The large deck right outside the kitchen is perfect for outdoor dining, or just relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings.

This well maintained home features energy efficient radiant heat below natural tile and cherry floors.

If you enjoy casual walks or challenging hikes you need only walk out the front door where there are well-maintained hiking, mountain biking, snowshoe and cross-country ski trails as the Vermont countryside awaits you.

  • We had a wonderful summer stay in this beautiful mountain retreat. The home was immaculate and beautiful, the yard was serene, and the owners were great and very helpful! It is close to a multitude of summer activities, and it is a great place to hole up and read books or take long mountain walks. We would love to go back!

  • We really enjoyed our stay here and ended up staying an extra night(would have stayed two if it had been available). The bedrooms were attractive and the kitchen/family room was a perfect space for games, puzzles, TV and eating. I especially loved the radiant heated floors when you walked in on a cold day! We will definitely try to get back next winter: with snow tires!

  • The first thing I notices about the home was how well designed the floor plan was....a gourmet kitchen with a big island that allows for great conversation while cooking, a dining room table that accomodates 6 - 8 people, and a large living area to watch tv and play board games. All accented by airtight, large windows overlooking the outdoors. A perfect setting. The mud room keeps things neat and the bedrooms ware SO comfy, especially the spacious master bedroom. A perfect mountain getaway.

  • We really enjoyed our stay over the holidays here. The house is very nice and spacious and really well appointed. It offers all the luxuries of home and is only a few minutes from Smuggs. We will be visiting again next year.
