Very bright and airy living quarters. Both master bedroom and spacious screened porch face the Gulf (glass doors also for air conditioning comfort!). Gourmet kitchen has all modern amenities, maple wood cabinets, beautiful stone countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Bedrooms have carpeted floors; rest of condominium has beautiful Italian tile flooring. Master bedroom has King-size bed; guest bedroom has a double-size and twin bed. Spacious bedroom closets. Please note that there are no pets allowed. Also, this is a non-smoking condominium.
There are plenty of things to do in Sarasota county, as described in the activities section below.
