Newly renovated, two-bedroom condominium on second floor of a three-story building located on low-density developed Gulf Coast private beach. Water access on both sides of building; lagoon appropriate for fishing behind building with private docks. Parking on grounds.
Very bright and airy living quarters. Both master bedroom and spacious screened porch face the Gulf (glass doors also for air conditioning comfort!). Gourmet kitchen has all modern amenities, maple wood cabinets, beautiful stone countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Bedrooms have carpeted floors; rest of condominium has beautiful Italian tile flooring. Master bedroom has queen-size bed; guest bedroom has a double-size and twin bed. Spacious bedroom closets. Please note that there are no pets allowed. Also, this is a non-smoking condominium.
There are plenty of things to do in Sarasota county, as described in the activities section below. If you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful environment to escape to, where you can look out your window and see the beautiful blue ocean, feel the lovely sea breezes, and hear the constant sound of the waves, then you have come to the right place.
