Both units have full length ocean facing decks with deck chairs. see below for details:
1. one bedroom has Queen size bed with additional queen size aero bed, Bath has entrances from bedroom and living room for privacy. 2 bedroom unit has king and queen beds, 2 baths. both units Air conditioned with multiple overhead fans. TV'S IN BOTH LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM, DVD/CD player IN LIVING ROOM.
Wireless high speed internet in unit (additional charge for use), free wireless by pool, ADDITIONAL cell phone available for use (guests pay for calls). Kitchen has full size oven/stove, full size refrigerator/freezer, wine cooler, automatic wine bottle opener, can opener, toaster, cooking utensils/pans, set of dishes for four (and extra dishes as well). Private Washer/dryer located just outside front door. Second floor unit, no elevator. Well behaved pets OK, dogs must be kept on leashes on condo grounds. Windows ONLY make up the east walls of the unit, providing a full ocean view from the living room and bedroom.
Condo location: There is a good map of town at the "cartsbelize" website. The condo is located just over the bridge at the north end of San Pedro town, look for the red dot for Coco Locos, the condo is located just above it near the beach bike path. The pier at Coco Loco's bar is where the dive shops pick up for dive/snorkel trips. There is a full grocery store and golf cart rental just down the road from the condo, the center of town is about a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride.
There is a queen size airbed for additional guests/kids. Well behaved pets OK. Belize is worth the trip!

This is a great space! There is a wonderful pool and bar on site. The pool is surrounded by a lovely lagoon. The condo overlooks the ocean. It has a comfortable bed and a stocked kitchen. and the patio deck runs the full length of the condo from the bedroom to the living room and the view is the ocean. There are 2 beach cruisers that make a quick trip into town. No need to rent a golf cart. Here is a quiet place with great ceiling fans, air conditioning and cable TV. This condo is located in the nice area of Ambergris Caye. Across the street is the dock where you can catch a water taxi or a dive boat. Near a great outdoor spa. This is your best bet! I loved it.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

My wife and I stayed here for a week and had a great time! We definitely recommend staying here. This condo has great views of the Carribean sea throughout the unit. Nothing but friendly and smiling faces at the complex. We used the 2 bikes available all week and allowed us to get around town with great ease. Tour boats would pick us up right across from our unit, less than 200 yards away. The balcony was huge and we spent plenty of times sitting there enjoying the sunrise and watching people walk below the sand covered road. The owner and her property manager was very helpful and accomodating. I would recommend having lunch at Legends Burger and Lazy Croc. Have a beer while floating on an inner tube at the Palapas Bar! all minutes away.

This was our 7th time in Belize. We just LOVE coming here! There is enough to do, but at the same time not much---so you ACTUALLY relax. We usually like to stay in San Pedro; but our friends built farther North. So this condo's location suited us just fine. The restaurant and service there was fabulous. My son loved Spot, the pool dog. There is also a Palapa Bar and small convenience store nearby. Pam was AWESOME! Her communication was excellent. While we ran into numerous unfortunes this trip, Pam did her best to take care of the situations. I would highly recommend this condo. She also rents it for a great price. You can't beat it with all the little extras she has to offer. A cell phone, bikes, cable tv (in bedroom and living room), washer and dryer, extra air bed etc. We will be renting from Pam on our next trip.
