Located just 11 miles south of Ennis, MT. and less than 1/4 mile from Varney Bridge on the famous Madison River, the Varney house makes an excellent base for both fly fishing and sightseeing south western Montana. After returning back from a fun day exploring the area the views from the front porch are stunning.
With 8 acres surrounding this very comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath home there is plenty of room for you to store your gear, park your RV and stash your drift boat. The home features 2 bedrooms and full baths on the main floor along with a bedroom upstairs. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers. Pets are also welcome with prior notice.
Ennis might be the fly fishing capital of the world. With the Madison River less than a five minute walk you can be casting a line with ease anytime during the day. Within less that a hours drive you have access to both the Ruby and Gallatin Rivers. An additional 30 minutes with put you on the Big Hole, Beaverhead and Yellowstone Rivers. Yellowstone National Park is also within 75 miles so if fishing is what floats your boat you can't go wrong in Ennis.
Non-fishing options include golf at Madison Meadows in Ennis. Sightseeing in Virginia City, Big Sky and Bozeman. Ennis itself boasts 3 fine restaurants, 5 taverns, numerous art galleries and some great shopping. And of course don't forger Yellowstone National Park, the options are endless and Elk, Buffalo and Bear are standing by for your viewing pleasure.

$300/night .. $1200/week
We also accept checks or cash. A credit card number is required
to secure a deposit. A 50% deposit is required to hold your dates
with the balance due 60 days before arrival.
$300.00 damage deposit required with an additional $300.00 pet deposit.
Deposits refunded at end stay. Deposits are fully refundable with 60 days notice.
With 30 to 60 days notice your deposit will be credited for a future stay.
Less than 30 days notice all payments excluding damage deposit are non-refundable.
