Located in the serene town of Paderno Del grappa you will fall in love with this well appointed, bright and cheery Italian villa with gorgeous views of the Dolomite mountains. Nestled in the heart of the Veneto region among the green Prosecco hills and at the foot of the sacred Mount Grappa!

This charming Italian villa offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area, family room and laundry area.

The ground level offers the kitchen, dining, master bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with tub.

The second level features 3 bedrooms each with (2) single beds. One room allows the beds to be pushed together to form 1 large double bed. There is also a hall bathroom with a shower.

The outside area is serene and picturesque on its 2 acre parcel. There is a fruit orchard that guests may help themselves to as well as a cozy pergola with delicious grapes. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine while dining under the pergola and enjoying the beautiful sun draped scenery!

Conviently located within a one hour drive from the Venice Airport and a 15 minute drive from the Bassano del Grappa train station. Just a short stroll from the villa is the quaint village of Paderno del Grappa which offers restaurants, cafes, shops and the Instituti Filippin university! In town there is also a complete sports centre with swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, tennis courts, and football court. Additionally, Asolo Golf Club, with a 27-hole golf course is only 10 minutes away by car. Also in town soak in the historical architecture and culture. Don't miss the paths to the historic battlefield; you will feel that you have stepped back in time!

The surrounding landscape is relaxing, fascinating, and particularly tranquil. Situated between Treviso and Vicenza, the area is strategic for tourists in search of relaxing or more active holidays, with many opportunities for fun. Mount Grappa is a paradise for bikers and hikers, as well as one of the best paragliding destinations in Europe.

  • "The highlight of our wonderful honeymoon in Europe was staying at this villa in Italy. It was the perfect respite from all the excitement (and stresses!) of our wedding and the months of planning for it. The villa is charming and romantic - with views throughout the house (and even from our bedroom window) of jutting mountains and grapevines. The decor was very inviting and 'Old World' yet the amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms were surprisingly modern. We loved the peacefulness of the premises and also loved walking into town and meeting (despite our limited Italian) the friendly people there. We'd go back in a heartbeat."

  • We stayed in the house at Paderno del Grappa. The house was comfortable and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay in Paderno very much. The location was excellent for traveling to other nearby tourist areas. The people we met in town were friendly and helpful. It was a great way to vacation in Italy!.
