The people and the service was unbelievable. There was nothing to complain about in anyway. Everything was very extremely clean and well kept. The resort had everything and as so spaced out that we had all the privacy we could ever want, but loved the services that were available like the spa and tennis court. Love the view of the bay from the villa and spent many an hour relaxing on the beach beds. We will for sure come back again!

AMAZING!!! Every year we leave the snow filled tundra of Minnesota to meet with friends in Mexico. This was absolutely perfect. We all have children less then 6 years of age. The private pool allowed us to stay close to home for naps and at the same time enjoy a first rate resort. David was incredibly helpful with setting up fishing/activities/taxis. We had a cook come to the house 3 days and they made amazing food. Shopping was done for us, maid service twice a day, spa service and all at reasonable prices....what more could you ask for. Our best family vacation ever! We absolutely loved our time at Vallarta Gardens and would recommend it to anyone, especially other families with small children. The villa set up is so much better than a hotel room when vacationing with the kids. The housekeeping service, the grocery delivery service and our fabulous chef Carlos made it seem like a real vacation from the chores of everyday life. Hi Rick, Thank you so much for arranging for our recent stay at Vallarta Gardens, Villa 2. During our initial tour of the property all that could be heard from our group was the "ooh's and aah's". To put it in a nutshell, the home is absolutely magnificent! The support staff (David, Memo, Miguel, Fransico, Dan) were ALL extremely helpful and had great attitudes. I was initially concerned about the ability of housekeeping to maintain such a large Villa but they were very thorough (typically with a staff of 4). The kids (5 total), especially enjoyed the private pool as it was only a few steps outside the Villa. Also, the ping pong setup was a big hit with all as it provided continual entertainment, particularly during those times when the sun was too strong. Memo is a fantastic member of the staff as he is always willing and able to not only suggest but to also directly participate in the local activities such as surfing lessons, fishing, etc. Make sure you hold onto that guy! Initially, we were not sure that having the kitchen stocked (for a nominal $15 fee) would be of value to us but we soon found out otherwise. Now, we would HIGHLY recommend taking advantage of that service! The on-site gym and spa far exceeded our expectations, although our standards are quite high in that regard. Thank you for all of your help in coordinating our family vacation to Vallarta Gardens. Our son's have said this was 'their best vacation ever', and my husband and I agree. From the minute we arrive at Vallarta Gardens the experience was exceptional. The staff could not do enough to help us enjoy all the facility had to offer. The meticulously manicured lawns and lush exotic gardens were far more beautiful than we could have expected. Our villa was fitted with warm, welcoming furniture that made us relax and enjoy. The rooms were spacious and the entire facility was very clean and easily accessible. There was something for all of us to enjoy from the pools and beach to the gym and salon. All of the staff sincerely took an interest in making sure we had a memorable vacation. A short walk from the Marina and downtown La Cruz there were great local restaurants that our family enjoyed. Our boys had some great adventures looking for shells on the beach and my husband enjoyed fishing off the rocks and catching some of the local fish. The swimming pools on the development were magnificent and were very clean and maintained daily. We found the opportunity to have chefs cook gourmet meals in our villa for our family a real plus. We could enjoy the foods we liked without having to leave the comfort of our villa. From beginning to end our stay was magical and memorable. Hi Rick, We are back from a wonderful vacation and wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your house and the resort....truly a beautiful place. We really liked the Italian restaurant there (went there for New Year's dinner). David was a lot of help throughout the trip -- he made it happen. All of the workers employed by Vallarta Gardens are friendly and helpful. Now it is back to reality, but the tan and being relaxed are still intact (for now). I really enjoyed my stay at Vallarta Gardens. The villa we were in was wonderful -- large, up to date, and very well maintained. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the pools were perfect. The beach was also nice and relatively secluded. The staff was attentive and thoughtful. I found it extremely nice that they had taken our grocery and drinks order before we departed and had the kitchen stocked before we arrived. We had a chef one day and both lunch and dinner were fabulous. The spa was gorgeous and I enjoyed a very relaxing massage. The prices for the extra amenities (grocery service, chef, masseuse, jet skis) were all reasonable. In the end, although I obviously didn't get to see every other alternative, it appeared to me that Vallarta Gardens was probably the single nicest property in the Puerto Vallerta area. We had a truly wonderful visit.

What a glorious way to spend 5 wonderful and relaxing days at the Vallarta Gardens! Every aspect of our trip was magnificent and each member of the staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely interested in making sure that we were happy with every aspect of our vacation. The views from residences, the pools and the beach were magnificent and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. We took advantage of so many things that the resort offered including jet skis, kayaking, swimming, ping pong, tennis and a first class health club and spa. Although there is no reason to leave the grounds, we had an easy time accessing several nearby towns which offered great food and fun adventures like riding ATVs and taking a day long sailing trip where we saw both dolphins and a whale. The nightlife was also fantastic and allowed us to watch several American sporting events including both football and baseball and dance the night away in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Our residence was spacious, spotless and cleaned daily. It offered both privacy and a great common area for several of us to spend quality time together. We loved the food at the restaurant on site and the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. In addition, we had two meals individually prepared in our residence that were simply delicious and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend the Vallarta Gardens to all of my friends because it offers something for everybody.

Thank you very much!! First of all we want to say that our vacation was beyond our expectations. Two of our sons had their birthday and we wanted to go to a very special place to celebrate and we did!!! This was definitely our most familiar trip we have ever had. All the family enjoyed this beautiful new property very much. We mean we had our private pool, our private chef, our private beach wow! Our private beach was like an enormous warm pool. They had a coordinator for the beach activities Kayaks, Jet Ski. The resort counted with three pools and a Jacuzzi with a restaurant with fabulous meals right by the ocean. We went everyday to the exercise room, and played ping-pong every afternoon with our kids. David and the staff made the service an outstanding one. They even called us several times to be sure everything was going okay. A five bedroom incredible villa, at a five star luxury level. Marble floors with lovely interior decoration. A great spacious property in perfect conditions each room had large LCD monitors. The iPod players were awesome. Internet was available. We just had a great holiday we will never forgot this very special villa and resort. We want to thank you Rick very much for giving us the opportunity to spend our vacation at your very lovely place and we look forward to going back again ASAP!!!

First off, THANK YOU for everything. We had a blast!! We are all truly so satisfied with the experience, the house and all your help. It was an absolute grand slam home run for us. You have a very special place at Vallarta Gardens. Everything was beyond our expectations from the start. We were greeted at the house by David and Abel and given the house tour. Our refrigerator and pantry was stocked with our shopping list I had forwarded to David. What a treat that was! We made reservations to have dinner at the restaurant because it was my son's 15th birthday. They set the most amazing table right by the ocean. What a place to celebrate a birthday. Even better, David came to the house with a birthday cake for Cody later in the afternoon, before we went to dinner. How about that?? The service was unbelievable! The dinner was was great. Miguel our waiter was just delightful. He became our friend for the entire week. The house was so wonderful! It was large enough that none of us EVER felt in each other’s way. We loved our private pool. The kids swam late at night and used it first thing in the morning. The ping-pong table right at the bottom of the stairs along with the putting green right there. Lots to do for the kids. Each morning we started our day with the husbands and kids battling it out on the tennis courts, ladies at the health club exercising. We went to nearby Sayulita 3 days to surf. What a hoot that was. We rented surf boards and boogie boards. What a blast! The other great resource is Memo, the activities director. Memo help direct us to Sayulita and gave us where to sit, where to rent boards. He was FABULOUS! We really enjoyed him. We had a chef come in on 2 nights. They just did dinner and in hindsight we would have had him come in every night. The week was fabulous. We are married to men that can't sit still very long so there was lots of outings. They actually took the kids to the Mega store a couple of times in the afternoon to get out. I stayed back but they thought it was amazing. Just like home and the prices were great! I have to say I was a little worried as the week came to an end to get my finally bill from David. I wasn't sure how hard we might be hit. Well, that was by far the best. It was so cheap! David ran to the grocery 4-5 times for us. Plus all the food and chef service. It truly is unbelievable how reasonable it all was for 10 people. We are hoping to return

Our Trip was fabulous! SHHH... I don't want to tell anyone. We felt like it was our private spot. From the location, to the villa (I woke up with the doors wide open and enjoyed the peace with water and mountains in the distance), to the service. I'm ready to move there, home and baggage. So much space, the food was wonderful, a perfect place for the family, from baby Noah to Papa. David and everyone else couldn't have been nicer to all of us. Chef Philipe the first night was just what we needed. We had Paella on the beach, spa treatments, the guys went fishing and the restaurant cooked. Surfing off islands, art walk in Puerto Vallarta, dinner at Marks Bar and Grill, and Sandrina's in Bucerias, Xuacacatle? in La Cruz, Don Pedros and Iguana Patio in Salyulita. And the three milk Birthday Cake(s) from Pie in the Sky were gone by breakfast. Next time we'll know exactly where to go and stay longer... Thank you so much Rick

Unfortunately we are back to reality and have been submerged in work. Everything was beautiful, the house is amazing and we had a great chance to relax 100%. We didn't even go to Vallarta at all. We only had dinner once at Bucerias and twice at Punta de Mita. David was very kind and attentive. Thank you for all your tips, they helped a lot. We had an excellent stay at Vallarta Gardens, everyone and everything was great, we look forward to going back in the future.

I stayed back but they thought it was amazing. Just like home and the prices were great! I have to say I was a little worried as the week came to an end to get my finally bill from David. I wasn't sure how hard we might be hit. Well, that was by far the best. It was so cheap! David ran to the grocery 4-5 times for us. Plus all the food and chef service. It truly is unbelievable how reasonable it all was for 10 people. We are hoping to return next year. Thank you so much for all your information and help in planning the best vacation ever!! It truly was a vacation!! Thank You Again!!

Our Trip was fabulous! SHHH... I don't want to tell anyone. We felt like it was our private spot. From the location, to the villa (I woke up with the doors wide open and enjoyed the peace with water and mountains in the distance), to the service. I'm ready to move there, home and baggage. So much space, the food was wonderful, a perfect place for the family, from baby Noah to Papa. David and everyone else couldn't have been nicer to all of us. Chef Philipe the first night was just what we needed. We had Paella on the beach, spa treatments, the guys went fishing and the restaurant cooked. Surfing off islands, art walk in Puerto Vallarta, dinner at Marks Bar and Grill, and Sandrina's in Bucerias, Xuacacatle? in La Cruz, Don Pedros and Iguana Patio in Salyulita. And the three milk Birthday Cake(s) from Pie in the Sky were gone by breakfast. Next time we'll know exactly where to go and stay longer... Thank you so much Rick

Recently, my wife and I were the guests at the Vallarta Gardens Resort. We spent five, completely relaxed days there.  Although the resort opened only two months ago, the tenor and vibe of the place is almost palpable. It is relaxed and luxurious!  You can do as much, or as little as you desire. I was able to workout in the morning, take a nap in the middle of the day and play tennis in the afternoon. The layout of the resort make privacy effortless.  We had a five bedroom villa, and with eleven of us, there was never any invasion of privacy.  The spacious configuration is perfectly appointed with woods, granite and modern appliances, including large LCD monitors in every room.  Most of the resort has an incredible view of the bay north of Puerto Vallarta and there were wave runners and kayaks at our disposal. There is a full restaurant available and the food was wonderful.  The resort is set up with tables on the decks around the beach so you never need to eat inside. We also had dinner on the beach one night and the setting was idyllic.  There is really no need to ever leave the resort. It was easily one of the most enjoyable, carefree, vacations we have ever had!!!

The week we spent at Vallarta Gardens was absolutely the most wonderful week anyone could imagine. The rental description was absolutely accurate and it exceeded our expectations. The comfort and luxury was everything we had hoped for and the service was outstanding. One phone call and anything we needed or wanted was taken care of. Loved the spa and excercise room and the restaurant was reasonable and excellent which was a bonus. Even tried jet skiing and got to see a large pod of dolphins, that was very exciting. Loved, loved everything, can't wait to go back to this dream vacation.

From the minute you step into this house, you realize you have just entered paradise. From the eclectic interior design, to the fabulous granite throughout, the king size beds, and the outstanding views from every bedroom, you just can't help but be awestruck. To add to this already impressive list, there is a wonderful staff, willing and able to assist you with all your needs. The home has a very nice "plunge pool" which overlooks the gorgeous public pool. I can't say enough about this place-it was magnificent. A fantastic way to spend a week!

Just wanted to let you know that your house was absolutely beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We had a few cliches, but they took care of it all right away. The house we came from in Manzinillo was large as well, but couldn't hold a candle to yours! We dubbed your house " The Spa". My family and I totally enjoyed it, it was a nice way to end our vacation.
