Both Windham Mountain and Windham Adventure Park are minutes away. Next summer Windham will be host to The Tour of the Catskills road bike event, The World Cup Mountain Bike race and the Warrior Dash, both on Windham Mountain, the adventure park has snow tubing, paintball and other activities.
Hunter Mountain and Belleyre Mountain are 15 and 45 minutes away. Albany, NY is 1 hour away where you can attend concerts and plays.

- We are located in the heart of the village within walking distance to restaurants, pub, shops, convenience store, etc.,and minutes away from two 18 hole Championship Golf Courses, Windham Country Club and Christman's Mountain Course. Both courses offer professional golf schools. This Summer there will be many wonderful events in the area including the Tour of the Catskills road bike race, the Windham Mountain World Cup Mountain Bike Race, and the Warrior Dash. You will be located 3 minutes from Windham Mountain Base lodge for the World Cup and Warrior Dash, and 3 minutes away from the Mountain Top Adventure Park for Rock Climbing and Paint Ball. In the winter you will be close to Windham Mountain and Hunter Mountain for skiing and snow boarding.

We purchased this property because it is located in the heart of town. You can walk to Restaurants, movie theatre, shops, galleries, Brew Pub, etc. Also, it is less than a 5 minute drive to Windham Mountain base lodge.

When staying in this house you can enjoy the wood burning stove and wide screen T. V. You can enjoy your meals in the large eat in country kitchen or you can walk to nearby restaurants. Also, by being right on Main Street, you will know that even in a heavy snow storm the streets will be ready for you to get to the slopes easily. The property offers convenient off street parking.
The entrance to Ski Windham is at the intersection of South Street and Clarence D. Lane Rd.

Kathy and Graham purchased this beautiful 100+ year old home on Main Street in Windham, NY. Kathy said, "We have been coming to Windham for 15 years, first in the winter and then year round. Our son grew up skiing at Windham Mountain and was on the race team. He went on to race in College but we stayed in Windham. We love the area for the beautiful Catskill Mountains, and find Windham Mountain and the town to be a family friendly place to be."
