We cannot say enough good about this property and our overall experience at Marbella. My Husband and I, along with 5 family members and a baby, went to escape the heat and our cramped apartment in Santiago and are still talking about going back...for good! Scott's directions and helpful tips were spot on..the staff on site were friendly and very accommodating! The apartment itself was well layed out and had everything there that we needed, making it very easy to move 7 people in and feel at home. AND THE VIEW...WOW! That picture above is not a fabrication, that's an every night view! Within the complex the pools, outdoor space, and activity rooms kept us more then entertained. Marbella itself if clean and interesting to walk about. And the nearby beach is fabulous! Lot's of activities and great eating! Would we recommend this to others? YES! 16 thumbs up!

We loved the condo--it lived up to all information on Internet and was even nicer than we had hoped. It was very clean and well equipped. The pools, tennis courts and fitness room were also great. We absolutely enjoyed the spectacular scenery out the front and back windows and we also took advantage of the close-by beach. Scott was extremely helpful anwering questions about Chile before and during our stay. I highly recommend a stay at this condo!

Well-equipped and comfortable, the Marbella condo positioned us for a couple of days of sightseeing trips plus afternoon runs on the beach with our dog. We tried Scott's 2 restaurant recommendations in Maitencillo and were wowed by the fish. A few more days there would have been so nice... Scott also booked our stay in Puerto Varas which was very successful. Many thanks!

Carolina, myself, our girls, and Caro's parents want to extend a very warm thank you for a beautiful week in your condo. We had a wonderful time and were enjoyably spoiled with the accommodations and location. We enjoyed seven beautiful sunsets from the greatest ocean view one could ask for. The condo was extremely comfortable and the kids loved the children's pools and play areas. We only wish we were closer so we might go back for another visit (My wife would like to spend a month so who knows?). We'll be sure to let our friends know, not only of your place but also of your services, should they be thinking of visiting Chile.

The condo was the perfect place to stay while exploring Maitencillo and Zapallar. The view from the living room is outstanding! While we drank wine and watched the sunset, the kids played tennis, pool, and ping pong nearby with other kids at the resort. The area was very clean and secure and the staff helpful and friendly. Plenty of beach toys in the condo, too. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! Highly recommend this clean and comfortable condo.

We had a great stay at Marvella, making use of the lovely pool facilities. The rooms are comfortable and kitchen works well! Perched high on the cliffs above Maitencillo, the sunset views are nothing short of incredible from the living room! Thanks for a good getaway location.

My husband and two children stayed at this location in Nov. 2009. Beautiful view, wonderful area, and very quiet during the time that we were there (early spring/summer). Owner was very helpful in giving us tips and info of the area. Hope to be back sometime.

I have had the pleasure of renting this condo twice and look forward to my next visit! The view is spectacular as is the entire complex!! What we love most about our trips to Marbella are heading into Maitencio, picking up fresh fish from the fishermen's co-op and heading to the condo for dinner...with a bottle or two of our favorite Chilean reds. We highly recommend that you contact Scott to see if his little piece of paradise by the sea is available during your stay in Chile. Enjoy!!

As Aussies living in Chile, we crave beach breaks and loved staying at Marbella. We took another family who were here on holidays and the kids and parents all loved it. Scott had arranged for the heating to be turned on ahead of time, all linen was supplied and the views were spectacular. We will definately stay here again. It's a beautiful location and there is heaps to do within an hour drive north and south, as well as within the local area. Take a bottle of champagne and enjoy watching the sunset over the water from the living room!!!!

He tenido la oportunidad de estar en varias ocaciones en el departamento, invierno y verano, ha sido una experiencia espectacular. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse en casa. El condominio Olas cuenta con seguridad y mucha diversion. El departamento esta totalmente equipado para adulto y ninos y cuenta con una fantastica calefacion. La vista es increible. In the interest of full disclosure I have to admit I am the owner’s mother but my husband and I have enjoyed vacation time at Marbella. For me it is an ideal combination of a modern, comfortable home base with spectacular views and access to the village of Maintencillo where we could mingle with Chileans at the local, outdoor market and small family restaurants. It is a totally relaxing place - a little tennis in the morning, lunch by the huge picture windows watching a squadron of pelicans fly below us, an afternoon walking the beach and inspecting the fisherman’s catch of the day. There really was no reason to leave!

We didn't get to stay at the apt becasue it was already booked but Scott set up a fantastic Easter week tour of Chile for us within our budget restraints. All we did was book the flights ans rental van. Scott did all the map provisions adn bookings.We went to the Eastern canyons and stayed at a German Rufugio;hotSprings/Hiking. Then thru wine valley. Across to Punta de Lobos at a lovely Cabana near the beach then up to Valparaiso and the DaVInci Hotel which for us was the crowned jewel. We had 2 teenagers and an 11 year old with us and they Loved it all. Scott was flexible, in contact with us and the entire week. We will use his services the next Chilean adventure!

I have stayed at the Marbella Condo three times including off-season. The Marbella vegetation and climate reminds me of Carmel, CA except the climate is better and the sea less cold with the bonus of the locals being much more friendly. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable but the view is awesome beyond description. The town below is great fun with seafood options galore especially when you follow owner Scott Jones' culinary recommendations. I also enjoyed the clay tennis courts and next time will try the golf course. There is nothing not to like at Marbella and the value is great. It is a winner property and location on all fronts.

We spent three nights at this lovely three bedroom coastal condo in April 09. The condo was well maintained and had a beautiful, uninterupted view of the Chilean coastline. It was quiet, other than the melodious sound of the Pacific rollers. Scott the owner was very responsive to our questions. We would highly recommend it.

We stayed for four nights with my wife, daughter and her friend. We had the best of times, condo is superb, very confortable, neat and nice, all you may need is available, plus incredible sights of the pacific. Maitencillo beach is huge and fantastic for walking, swimming or just laying under teh sun.great places to eat and interesting things to see at Maitencillo's town. A friend and I stayed in this apartment for a weekend in early summer. It was absolutely perfect. The location is wonderful, with beautiful views, secure location, close to the beach. The apartment was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed (we cooked dinners and ate out for lunch). Being on the top floor seemed daunting at first, but once we settled in, we really enjoyed the views, as well as not having to listen to other people going up and down the stairs. Maitencillo is a lovely beach town, with both sandy beaches and rocky tide pools. We'll definitely be going back!

My husband and I stayed for one night in November 2008 at this beautiful coastal condo in Marbella (Maitencillo). We wish we could have stayed a month! Everything about our stay was lovely. The views of the Pacific from the living room, dining room, and master bedroom are unsurpassed. The other bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable, clean and cozy. Although we didn't use the kitchen nor the laundry facilities, we could see that they were well appointed and easy to use. The staff helped us move our luggage into the condo and helped us ensure that everything was working properly (e.g. electricity, hot water, heating). What is the most important reason why our stay was as spectacular as it was? Scott Jones is the owner not only of the condo, but also of a Chilean travel company... he knows how to make your stay in Marbella and beyond PERFECT! Having a professional expert on Chile, who is kind enough to treat you like a friend during your stay, is invaluable. I truly could not recommend this condo highly enough. Enjoy CHILE!
