This townhome was beautiful throughout! It had great accommodations for a large group with plenty of room for all, including a large kitchen, eating and entertainment areas. It also boasts a great view of the mountains out of the main floor and master windows inviting the enjoyment of both the sunrise and sunset. Frisco is the perfect location being so close to Denver and within walking distance of some great restaurants. And with your with your pick of 4 ski resorts in the surrounding area, what else could you ask for?

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Very nice property but misleading amenities

The condo itself is very nice. However the hot tub and heated pool were not working during our stay. Very disappointing to not have a hot tub after a long day on the slopes!

Owner response:We were stunned to get such a review. The renters did not contact us once during their stay to let us know they had encountered an issue. This could have been easily taken care of immediately with just one phone call. All renters are supplied with two emergency contact numbers as well as an email address. Our goal is to make your stay perfect. The small pool has been converted in to a giant hot tub - the largest in Summit County. It's fabulous! Our advice to any VRBO renter is to contact the property manager right away with any questions or concerns, that's why multiple contact information is given. Don't wait ten days after your return home to file a complaint.

The most beautifully appointed condo we've yet to stay in! 3 upscale levels beginning with an oversized 2-car garage and mud-room (so desirable especially in winter); second level with two large bedrooms...master suite with fireplace and private balcony, and second bedroom with its own bath as well; top floor with granite kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and another private balcony, including a powder room. The gorgeous mountain decor, which looks like it's from the pages of magazine, is perfectly in balance with the Rocky Mountain surroundings. Unexpected ammenities include a TV in every room, washer/dryer, and WiFi. The community hot tub is huge, and there is also a very nice work-out room. Once here, you can walk to everything in the heart of Frisco. Grocery store and even a Wal-mart is a 5 minute drive. Frisco is a great central location for Summit County, with easy access to all of the major ski resorts, not to mention Lake Dillon and biking trails in the summer (the Marina is also walking distance). We'll definitely be back!

A beautiful condo located in the heart of Frisco

This is a great condo only one block from Main Street where you can enjoy many restaurants and shopping. The interior of this spacious condo has very comfortable furnishings and is tastefully accessorized. The master bedroom has its own fireplace, a king size bed and a large, beautiful master bath. The second bedroom with a queen size bed has its own bathroom also. Other ammenities include a two car garage, balconies with mountain views, washer & dryer in unit among others too numerous to mention. We have made quite a few trips to Frisco over the past twenty-five years and this is by far the nicest rental that we have found. Would definitely rent again and would recommend to others.

Great summer stay!

I would definitely stay here again. Everything was as advertised and even better in some cases. My son and I stayed here for 4 nights in August and it was delightful, especially the kitchen and the decks. This property is wonderfully maintained and upscale -- the huge garage for two cars was a real plus as well. We walked to everything and did biking, boating and hiking -- all available right in Frisco. Took side trips to Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek which is all close by. The property agents were great to work with and answered all my questions prior to the stay. It was overall a great vacation and experience.
