This is my personal condominium. Three bedroom three bath with both ocean and inter-coastal views in this exclusive condominium set this apart from the rest. This condo is ideal for adults, there is a huge balcony large patio for social gatherings with a heated pool, three social rooms downstairs.
Keyed entry into the main building keeps out all nonresidents, making this a very secure building to reside in. This building is not crowded at all, in fact, there are only 6 condominiums total on the tenth floor, which this unit is on, indoor underground parking garage, exercise room, sauna's, and every amenity you can imagine.
Will sleep 6 very comfortably, can sleep 8. Nearly 2000 square feet makes this a very spacious condominium. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have direct oceanfront views, the third bedroom with two single beds has a side window that looks to the ocean as well as the inter-coastal.
There is a Publix grocery store as well as a Walgreens directly across the street, you literally will not have to drive once you get here, I can also recommend several fine dining establishments close by. Also just minutes from Daytona racetrack and the international airport, location location location!!!
You will not be disappointed with staying in my condo, it is as upscale as you are going to find in the area, away from the noise and traffic common to neighboring Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach shores is a refuge and a place for relaxation.
Due to regime regulations I am not able to rent out my condo for less than 2 months, however, for a donation to my charity I will let you use it for free as my guest, see my donation requirements on the rates info section.

VERY NICE QUIET EXCLUSIVE BUILDING, AND THE POOL ISN'T FULL OF PEOPLE. VERY FEW PEOPLE LIVE IN THIS BUILDING AND THE ONES THAT DO ARE OLD ENOUGH TO BE MY GRANDPARENTS SO IT KEEPS IT QUIET.
