Why the Owner Chose Albuquerque: When this very unique property came up for sale, we jumped on opportunity (literally day before Phil deployed for Afghanistan). We wanted a single level, smaller, and cozier home for our special needs sister who resides with us (if ever needed in the future). But with smaller properties, it is so rare to have these million dollar views! It is a corner property, surrounded by natural and mature landscaping on 3 sides. Purchased from original owners who maintained and updated property well. We have enjoyed customizing it with original and hand-made Southwest furniture and artwork.
