Come enjoy a beautiful and spacious 3150 square foot, four room, two and a half bath home in the beautiful, quiet community of Tahoe Donner and all the activities the Truckee area is famous for.
The home is located on a level lot with plenty of sun and has a two car garage. Enjoy the great room, filled with natural light, vaulted pine ceilings and an impressive river rock natural gas fireplace. Relax in the large living area and enjoy the satellite TV, DVD, surround sound system and wireless internet access. Unlimited local and long distance calling is provided. The large open kitchen has granite countertops, bar seating for four, and all the accessories that you will need. A large dining table seats ten comfortably. Through sliding glass doors you'll find an expansive back deck. During non-winter months patio furniture seating for six and a gas grill make for a great outdoor dining experience.
On the main level, you will find the large master bedroom with vaulted pine ceilings, king bed, an oversized jetted tub, and twin sinks. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bedroom with three twin beds, and a fourth room with a queen bed, a seating area and satellite TV. The downstairs level has a tiled full bath. The upstairs loft is a great retreat for the kids and includes a 10 in 1 game table (with foosball, air hockey, pool table, etc.) and a 32 inch TV connected to a PS2 console and satellite TV.
Bed linens and bath towels are provided. No pets and no smoking (no exceptions). 4:00 pm check-in; 10:00 am check-out.

We had a great time staying in your wonderful mountain home in Tahoe Donner. We had a great 4 day reunion with my sister's family and our father. You have a beautiful home and your well stocked kitchen made a few family meals easy to prepare. It was our first time staying in Tahoe Donner and found it to be very peaceful, especially on the large outside deck. We brought the kids to the Donner Lake HOA beach one day which they thoroughly enjoyed. We look forward to another visit soon.

We stayed at this beautiful cabin for 2 nights in July. We had a large group (10) and there was plenty of room for all of us. I especially loved that there were towels and sheets in every room and the house was remarkably clean and neat. It also had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare food. It was so peaceful there. We went for a couple of walks around the neighborhood and sat out on the deck - so relaxing! We went to the beach and did some shopping in downtown truckee. There are some great restaurants there too. Our only complaint was that the trip was TOO SHORT! We would have loved to stay longer and definitely will next time. Next time we'd like to visit in the winter or try the Truckee River in the summer. Thanks for a fabulous weekend!

We recently stayed in this lovely home for a family reunion, which included 6 adults and 4 children. The house was fantastic - very spacious for our group and the kitchen was well supplied to meet all our cooking needs. The loft easily served as a 5th bedroom for my son and his cousin. We were there for a heavy snow week, and the plow service was outstanding and timely. The level access driveway made it very easy for us to get in and out readily, even with the deep snow conditions. We also used the Trout Creek Recreation Center - access passes are a very nice perk with the rental. Finally, the owners were extremely helpful in coordinating the rental and have an excellent set of instructions on house use and access. We will definitely return to this house in the future!

Darrell, We had a wonderful time in your lovely Tahoe Donner home! Your place is spacious, well appointed with all of the conveniences of home, tastefully decorated while still being very child friendly!! We really enjoyed our stay and my children had a blast with the closet full of toys. We arrived Monday afternoon about 3:30pm--it was snowing and a slow drive, but fortunately CalTrans lifted chain control before we hit the mountains...chains in April....???? !!!! Thank you again for allowing us to rent your home. We had a memorable and very comfortable ski vacation--first time skiing for our 4 year old twins!
