Great alternative to hotel or suite

Just got back from a 10 day stay here and it was perfect for our family. The townhouse was spotless and well maintained when we arrived. Each child got to have their own room (and own bathroom!). The resort is removed from the parks so it is quiet at night and everyone was able to get a good nights' rest to tackle the parks the next day. It is convenient to all of the parks (15 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal, 20-25 minutes to SeaWorld). We also loved having the pool off of the patio all to ourselves. The kitchen made it so that we could make breakfast at home and even several dinners, which saved money (and our waistlines). It gave everyone a chance to get some quiet, down time after a hectic day. The owners made it easy to book and the management company took great care of us when needed. Even better, it was cheaper than a lot of hotels that wouldn't have all of the advantages. I would stay here again anytime and highly recommend considering this property for your Orlando stay.

This is clearly a family home that invites visitors to stay. The homeis well maintained, clean and odor free. The pool is clean, andscreened. It gets hit with morning sun, so it is the perfecttemperature in May.All bedrooms haves their own bathrooms, and the laundry area is on thesecond floor by the bedrooms (great bc I hate dragging laundry aroundthe house). Disney parks range from 8 to about 15 min away, publix is about7, and restaurants are 5.The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and safe enough to walk aloneat night without fear or worry.I highly recommend this home to anyone. We traveled with kids andseniors (bedroom with bathroom on first floor, too).Owners are a phone call away and property management has a 24 hourline (they will pickup) and is 10 min away if anything is needed.

Great complex. Good location to parks, restaurants, and stores. Very comfortable townhome with all the necessities provided. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We have been to Windsor Palms three times and will continue to return there. We would absolutely recommend this property to others.

A beautiful house, very well equipt with everything needed for a 2 week stay, alos icnredably clean and well maintained. My children loved the pool which is plenty big enough to have lots of fun in. The house is very well situated in a very safe gated community and very close to all parks in the area. In all a fabulous home, we did'nt want to leave.

10 minutes to Magic Kingdom without having to go in traffic. Located in a modern guarded community. It feels safe and quiet. Just what we were looking for. The house is just beautifull and the pictures does not give it credit. It's better in reality. An open style kitchen giving on the living room with huge patio doors which gives on the screened pool. Therefore, you can cook, and still watch the kids. 3 nice and large bedrooms each with a complete bathroom. The location is great, the house is beautiful, comfortable, impecable and the kids loved the Flash McQueen styled kids bedroom. I have already reffered this property to family, friends and clients and will definately come back over and over again. Did you noticed that we loved our family vacations?

Pasamos nuestras vacaciones entre el 4 y el 13 de julio de 2009: la casa es realmente hermosa, muy limpia, confortablemente equipada, y bien ubicada. Éramos 8 y si bien el sillón cama del comedor no era perfecto, ello se solucionaba poniendo encima una frazada, por lo demás la casa es ideal: si bien no hay servicio de mucama la entregan muy limpia, por lo que sólo es necesario mantener el estado general. La piscina es pequeña pero totalmente disfrutable: mi esposo y yo no la utilizamos ni una vez, pero los adolescentes con quienes viajábamos, se refrescaban todas las noches y algunas mañanas. En un puntaje de 10, digamos un 9 tirando a 9 y medio (para quien no exige grandes lujos sino pasar unas hermosas vacaciones).

Éramos 8 and although the armchair bed of the dining room was not perfect, it was solved putting frazada above, by the others the house is ideal: although there is no service of give mucama it very clean, reason why it is only necessary to maintain the state general. The swimming pool is small but totally disfrutable: my husband and I did not use it once nor, but the adolescents with those who we traveled, refreshed all the nights and some mornings. In a puntaje of 10, we say 9 throwing to 9 and average (for that does not demand great luxuries but to spend beautiful vacations).

We enjoyed our stay in this Townhome. It was very clean and neat. Our kids enjoyed their room with the games and TV. The washer/dryer was located upstairs which was so convenient. The rooms and closets were very large. Plenty of space for hanging clothes and to store suitcases. We would definitely stay here again should we vacation in Orlando again. We took our laptop to use and it took several days for the high speed internet to work. The cabling wasn't working so we had to work that out with the Realty Company. The club house pool was huge and was within walking distance from the Townhome. The splash pool at the Townhome was an added plus.
