We stayed at this beautiful condo for 10 days and enjoyed every minute. The beaches are perfect and a 5 minute walk from the condo. The floor to ceiling windows and view of the Atlantic Ocean provides a beautiful scene to wake up to every morning. The condo is beautifully furnished and is exactly as pictured. Hebe went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She gave us a ride to the grocery store on our first day and was attentive throughout our stay. This was our third trip to Puerto Rico and we feel we have found a home we will return to many times in the future.

Perfect for Couple

This property is exactly what you expect from reading the description. It was perfect for 2 people and suited the 2nd half of my stay in San Juan, for 4 nights and 5 days. The things we really valued most were: the parking spot (even if it was a little tough to get in and out of), the location just a few steps to the beach, the provided beach towels, the coffee maker, the iPod dock for music, plentiful hangers, quick working iron, fast wireless internet, quick cooling a/c, cable tv, and quick walk to Walgreens (that sells everything under the sun including liquor). The building residents were always friendly and nice and made conversation in the elevator or downstairs almost every time. Easy walking distance to the El San Juan hotel and the bar on the rooftop in addition to a many other bars/restaurants on that stretch of Isla Verde. Hebe was punctual and responsive. The only downfall of this unit (for a longer term stay) is the lack of washer/dryer in the unit. I believe though it is downstairs and there were instructions in the living room on how to get to it and use it. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this unit to family and friends.

Perfect condo!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo for 10 days in August. It is exactly as pictured with the most amazing view from the living area and bedroom. The condo had everything we needed. Make sure to check the pantry in both the bathroom and the kitchen before going to the store. Previous renters leave items such as bug repellent, suncreen and even microwave popcorn behind for others to use. Hebe is the best! She came to get us since we got lost trying to find the apt building, as it is in a maze of small streets and it was dark. Our friends who were traveling with us and renting from someone else, had a hard time finding the keys to their rental and Hebe wouldn't leave until they were securely in their condo.The location is perfect because it is located on a nice quiet beach using the back gate, but has access to a more lively beach just out the front gate and down 1 block. We walked down to the El San Juan and rented chairs that also came with a towel and the use of their beach showers and restroom facility for only $4. I liked that the building is located away from the busy Isla Verde Ave which is very busy and noisy. Ave Isla Verde has many restaurants, shops and a 24 hour supermarket, called Pueblos, just a block off the avenue. They have everything, liquor, beer, wine even a cafeteria with a good variety of freshly prepared foods. We would go there, buy ice, drinks and whatever else we wanted to take to the beach and put it in the cooler that is in the closet in the bathroom (both a small foam cooler and a large igloo cooler). There is plenty of linens, towels and even beach towels in the apt. We were so pleased with this beautiful apt and feel lucky that its owner and Hebe shared it with us!

My husband, daughter and I have had the pleasure of renting from Hebe for the second time. Hebe is a wonderful person and attentive to her guests and their needs. The building is secure and the area is peaceful. The residents are also very kind and friendly. The condo has an amazing view from the living room area and bedroom. Not to mention, the beach is right in "your backyard." You have the private beach in your back yard, to the right is another section of the beach that is shared with guests of the Ritz Carlton. If you want to Jet Ski, Paddle Board, ride a Banana Boat, Para Sail and or snorkel you can do so at just a few feet away from the condo. There are nice restaurants, fast food restaurants, convenient stores, gift shops and many other places of interests. It is the perfect place to stay whether you are renting a car, taking a taxi or staying in the area. We felt very at home and look forward to many more stays. Thank you Hebe, for your hospitality.

This was our second stay at this condo and it was even better than the first time, Hebe is amazing she worked with us when our flight was delayed . We love this place and even made good friends with some of the building residents. We also enjoyed La noche de San Juan right outside on the beach. We have now made this wonderful location our home away from home once a year. See you soon Hebe.

The location of the condo was absolutely perfect. Easily accessible to water sports and restaurants but still afforded some privacy. The view from the condo is breathtaking and it was such a treat to wake up to the sounds of the sea each morning. The owners were incredibly helpful in acquainting us with the area in addition to keeping their condo in perfect condition. Overall, we LOVED, LOVED, LOVED Puerto Rico and can't wait to visit again. When we do, we would definitely stay in the same location again!

Great Location, Fabulous Lodging

My wife and I had a fabulous week stay at this property. Everything was as advertised. The apartment is well maintained and very clean and all of the photos accurately show the good condition of the apartment. The kitchen is adequately stocked with all ot the necessary cooking implements to prepare all of your meals if you so choose. The only minor issue we had with the kitchen was lack of a toaster so we took a walk down the street to Walgreens and purchased one which we left there for future use. The location of the apartment building is right on the water's edge and splits the Carolina and Isla Verde Beaches. Each morning we walked from one end of the Carolina beach to the other. The owner provides sufficient beach towels and chairs for lounging on either beach, and, watersports rentals are also available within easy walking distance on either beach. We rented a car and found the underground secure parking garage a plus while we stayed, however, because of the location you can get away without the car as everything is within easy walking distance or a short cab ride. El Yunque, Old San Juan, Casa Bacardi as well as other attractions are all within a short drive from the apartment. Upon recommendation of the owner, we had dinner our first night at the La Playita restaurant that is practically next door. The food was delicious and service was great. In fact, we made several visits here as well as the 101 Sports Lounge and gelato shop down the street. The owner (Hebe) was very helpful with all of our questions and the whole rental process was excellent. Hebe met us at the apartment for check in and gave us all of the information we would need during our stay as well as some additional information on local sites and restaurants. Overall, this was a fabulous experience and would not hesitate to rent this property again, in fact, I'm sure that we will in the future.

Great experience from working with Hebe to rent the property (very helpful answering all our questions) to check out. The view is to die for and the accomodations were perfect for 2 adults.Would highly recommend and hope to return. Would not consider any other property, this one was perfect for our needs.

I want to say that we had an amazing stay at this wonderful condo. Hebe colon was there waiting for us and greeted us when we arrived. She walked us up stairs to the condo and OMG it was amazing. So if you want to enjoy looking out to the ocean every morning then this is the place to rent. We are going back soon and will be staying here again. Thank you Hebe.

We've rented lots of condos in lots of places, but this one is the best so far. On the beach, close to a supermarket, and immaculate. Hebe is a darling, but please don't rent this place next winter as we want to go back!

I had a great time when staying at this location. Hebe is a wonderful person and met us there to hand the keys and garage door opener for the parking spot. Apartment is beautiful and well kept, but the first thing you notice and see is the wall of glass that overlooks the bay. It is breath taking and certainly helps to set the mood of being on vacation. Stay for 6 nights and went to the beach every single day. It was just downstairs and out the back gate. Having the kitchen really helps to offset the expenses of eating, and there is a 24 hour supermarket not too far (Pueblo Market) easy to Google and get to. I cannot wait to go and stay here, best place on the island.

The condo was absolutely perfect. We truly did not want to leave. It was very clean with plenty of space for two people. The most amazing part of the condo, however, was the view, breeze and crashing of the waves below us. It was also a very peaceful street and building. Hebe was extremely warm and gracious and even drove us to the grocery store the day we arrived. If you stay, you must visit La Playa next door. The food and service was consistently good and the deck overlooks the ocean. The location is very convenient. Luxury resorts, casino's, restaurants, bars and grocery stores were all within very short walking distance. We didn't have or need a car. It was a quick easy cabride to Condado and Old San Juan as well. It was an affordable and perfect vacation. Our friends also stayed in the other condo that Hebe rents and it was equally as nice and clean.

My husband and I had the pleasure of renting Hebe's condo for 3 days in May 2009. It was a beautiful condo that is well maintained with the entire wall of glass facing the ocean. We walked on the beach every day and collected beautiful sea glass. It is a short distance to the grocery store and local restaurants. I would recommend this place to any of my family and friends and do whenever they mention that they are headed for Puerto Rico. It was a pleasure doing business with Hebe...she is very pleasant and speaks clear english. If you love the beach this is the place for you!

This was a gorgeous apartment. Super stylish clean and very comfy. The view was breath taking, my bf and I loved to sit and just enjoy the scenery. The beach is perfect very clean and never crowded, clear warm water. Highly recommended! Can not wait to go back!

This condo is just as described. The view is magnificent and the building and grounds are quiet. We felt very secure especially with the underground gated parking. It was great being just steps from the clean beach and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Hebe was very hospitible and accomodating. Thanks so much!
