Bethany West is a family oriented community less than a mile from Bethany Beach. Sitting on a quiet street, 744 Fenwood Circle is clean and well kept. This house sleeps 8 and has one and a half baths plus a private hot and cold outdoor shower. Master Bedroom – Queen, Second Bedroom – Queen, Third Bedroom – Full, Sunroom – Bunks. Kitchen has all the amenities plus an outdoor charcoal grill. Central A/C system. Screened front porch with dimmer lights and ceiling fan, Deck in back. Large yard with room for volley ball or badminton. Great community for walking, biking or jogging. Walk two blocks to restaurants and food marts. Parking passes included for driving to the beach and downtown activities or choose to walk, ride your bike or take the old-time trolley to get there. The community has two swimming pools and two sets of tennis courts as well as a playground. Swimming and soccer lessons, as well as water aerobic classes are provided on a pay as you go basis. Tennis lessons are also available. Community center provides activities as well as a work out room. Fifteen minute drive south to Ocean City and amusements, fifteen minute drive north to Dewey - Rehoboth Beach and tax free shopping. Several golf courses near by. No pets allowed. No smoking.

- Renting to families only. Pool charges are optional if access to community pool is desired. $20.00 per person per week or $6.00 per day per person. Fee's include use of tennis courts and workout room. Key pick-up hours are 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Crowley Associates Reality, Inc in Bethany Beach. Check-in time 2:00 PM; checkout time 10:00 AM. Fifty percent of rental fee is due with 7 days of receiving rental agreement. Remaining 50% of rental fee plus a $250.00 security deposit is due 30 days prior to rental date start. Security deposit is in addition to the rental fee and is refundable pending no damage 14 days after checkout date. CANCELLATION AFTER RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNED - renter is charged 15% of the total rental fee if the house can be rebooked. If the house cannot be re-booked, 50% of the total rental fee will be charged.

We stayed at this house last June and it was the best beach vacation ever. The house is decorated just perfectly. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook at home. The location was perfect. We could still walk to the beach or town or take the trolley if needed. The only time we drove our car was once on an outing to Ocean City. It was the perfect beach vacation and we can't wait to go back.

My family of 5 found this house very comfortable and relaxing. It was just what we needed for our one family get-a-away for the summer. We spent many hours on the screened in porch and felt right at home immediately. The property was well maintained, clean, accurately described by the photos and comments. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. Bethany West is very accessible to the beach as we were able to walk there and back a few times. If walking is not an option the local trolley is an easy alternative. The Bethany West pool and club house was also clean and made for a lot of fun for our family when the beach was not on our agenda for the day. I would recommend this beach house to any and all families and couples looking to get away and relax for a few days or weeks.

We had such a good experience - the house was comfortable, clean, and we loved the screened-in porch. Perfect for a family. The location was great - the street was quiet, but the we were close to the beach and to downtown. Hope to return next year.

More than expected on our first visit to Bethany, this house is a hidden gem. Absolutely adorable, cozy,Clean, and convenient to everything....beach, town, pool, tennis, walking areas, bike lanes and more. Very affordable, too, we'd recommend this to anyone as a great family get-away. The porches and decks seal the deal and the owners are wonderful.

We absolutely loved this house. It is a perfect beach house that is kid friendly, with plenty of space, a stocked kitchen -- everything you need to be comfortable for a weekend getaway or a month long getaway! The owners were friendly, easy going and a pleasure to deal with! It's a great house for a great price! Close to EVERYTHING!

The house was all we wanted and needed. It had a fully equiped kitchen and was very clean and well maintained. It had a wonderful porch on the front and a lovely deck out back. It was very near all the attactions and very close to the trolley around Bethany. The owner did a wonder job decoration and making the place welcoming and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great time at the beach!!

This is exactly what comes to mind when someone thinks "beach house." It is comfortably,clean,welcoming and well decorated--shabby chic.The outdoor shower is great as is the back deck. I loved it so much that we're going back this summer.
