Our unit is located on the 6th floor of Playa Royale Tower 2. The unit is equipped with ultra modern amenities. The Master bedroom includes a king size bed, access to oversized marble master bathroom, wall safe and access to terrace. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a double bed. The kitchen includes granite countertops, breakfast bar area, and top line appliances. The dining/living room area includes a marble dining table with seating for 8, the living area includes 2 couches (including a pullout sleeper),an entertainment unit (TV with cable, DVD, CD player and stereo). The unit includes internet service with wireless connectivity.
Playa Royale is a 5 star, oceanfront, gated resort property that is located 15 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

Owner Description
My wife and I have been vacationing in the Puerto Vallarta/Nuevo Vallarta area of Mexico for the last 14 years. For many years we would always vacation at the Paradise Village timeshare resort around the Christmas holidays with our three children. The weather was always fantastic, the ocean and beaches were magnificent(Bandaras Bay), the natural beauty of the area was unsurpassed (ocean, mountains, city of Puerto Vallarta, quaint fishing villages, warm friendly people, etc.) and there were always a ton of fun things to do (sailing, boating, golfing, swimming, surfing in Sayulita, tennis, working out at the El Tigre Sports club, walking the beaches, parasailing, scuba diving, shopping and the list goes on and on. Our family ALWAYS had a fantastic vacation in Mexico. Approximately five years ago, when Paradise Village built the new Playa Royale complex we knew that this was the perfect vacation home for us. The property (grounds, gardens, pools with island Jacuzzi, beaches and the ultra-modern condo amenities) is truly magnificent and it exceeded all of the outstanding amenities that we have come to expect from Paradise Village. We have no doubt that you will have a fantastic vacation if you should decide to stay at our Playa Royale condo for your next vacation.
